I always have a good experience here. Can't say the same for my mail service. Informed delivery doesn't often show many things (I know this isn't the issue of this location). It also took 2 weeks by 2 different people locally to get Christmas cards!

Pleasant people but long wait time in lines. If they can cut down ⬇️ the wait times it would be a much better experience.

Most times great fast service, but a very few workers make you drop the star. They need training on a little bit of patience and kindness.. but overall great place for any mailing needs.
