“I am 58 years old and have dealt with many car lots in my time. I have never been more impressed at the kindness & professionalism that just seemed so natural to them. My 17 yr old granddaughter bought a Toyota Prius. After completing the sale she backed it out & hit the car that was for sale beside it. I thought ut-oh, this little car lot is gonna jack her up real good. Instead, to my surprise within 10 minutes he knocked the dents out & used his magic black polish and made both cars look new again. Then they refused to take any money for the repairs. I told my kiddo to tip him $40 to buy pizza for the crew. He refused that too! (Can you imagine?) We then headed home and almost made it. We got the red triangle of death on the dash light. I panicked & called him. Without a second of hesitation or resistance he wanted to make it right. We towed it back to him. It was the high voltage battery (very, very expensive) he replaced it & fixed another problem he found and we had the car back in less than 3 days. I do not have the arsenal of kind words to say about these folks & I intend to tell everyone I know about this reputable car lot. Thanks again. Hugs.”
