Keely is such an amazing employee. Very patient and her customer service is exceptional. I believe that she represents the UPS Store company quite well. The flow of service was great, too! I was in and out although there was a large line when I visited the store. I will always come here to have my packaging and printing needs taken care of.

This ups store is the worst one I have been in.I paid for a package to be held through My Choice and they didn’t .They are also very rude.Avoid this so called “store” if at all possible.

Patrick at this location was an amazing help and very kind when I didn't know what I was doing. It makes interactions like this a lot easier and people will be more likely to come to the store because of it. I was scared to order anything off line because I wasn't for sure how hard it would be to return it but this is easy thanks to his help and I'm not afraid to do it now. Thank you Patrick and thank you UPS

Simply asked for a duplicate receipt. Would not accomodate me, not even though a copy machine was in sight. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in the store to ship off an item. I told Patrick exactly what I needed done and he was very accommodating to my needs. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store for all your packing and shipping needs.

I visit this location approximately four times a month, and today, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Bella and Patrick. Not only did they deliver the best service I've experienced in a long time but they also worked with remarkable speed and efficiency. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff remained composed and attentive, ensuring every customer was promptly taken care of. Their capacity to deliver top-notch service while maintaining efficiency is truly commendable. I highly recommend this store.

On March 1st I was returning equipment for a friend. I was greeted immediately and asked if I was returning to Frontier? The young lady who assisted me was patient, and efficient. Best experience with a UPS Store I have had.
