This UPS location is amazing. All of the staff is extremely helpful and nice. The staffing that they have in place now is 100% better than it used to be. Kudos to the manager that has made the correct changes to what this location was 6 months ago.

The BEST ups store in Evansville. The most nicest people that works there. Always greets with a smile and says how can I help you today. They are very patient when you have a lot of products to return. This is my go to ups store for returns!!

It is always a smooth process. I’m in the store for less than a minute. The employees know what they’re doing and get right to the point.
