I have never experienced such a horrible business in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money and never even touch your lawn. I paid around 50k in deposits and still they haven’t done a thing to my lawn. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just had a terrible experience with this company. They refused to stand behind their defective product. We had a bubble rock installed several years ago and the submersible pump they used turned out to be defective after about 18 months. No problem, pump was under warranty and just swapped out with new one. Well about 18 months later the new pump had same issue as first. It begins to leak around electrical cord in cold weather and trips the breaker. No problem again, pump under warranty, swapped out with new pump. Now about 2 years latter, guess what? After first freeze a few weeks ago the pump quits working in same exact fashion. I pull the pump and take to the store on Burkhardt. Only this time instead of replacing or ordering a different type like I suggested, they give me some crap about since this pump has already been swapped out the warranty is no longer good. Try to claim the warranty is on the first pump only instead of a warranty for each new pump the gave me. So now I have had three separate pumps defective in the exact same manner and I not only paid for the original, but now they say I have to pay for another and wanted to order the exact same type and brand of the three defective ones. This is not only disregarding the warranty, but terrible customer service and customer relations. All I can say is buyer beware because they certainly put the screws to me. I will never do business or recommend them again.

Uniqu-E-Scapes did an amazing project on our new house. From the first meeting to the last installation detail they provided the prefect outdoor experience. I would recommend them for all your outdoor landscape and hardscape projects. Joan, Katie, Glen and the entire team made the design process straight through the installation an enjoyable experience. We will enjoy the pool, outdoor grilling station and bubler for years to come.

This local business is amazing to work with. They do excellent work with outdoor backyard makeovers such as synthetic turfs outdoor, fireplaces/firepits, outdoor kitchen/bar areas, paved porches and steps, retaining walls, landscaping, water features (bubbler rocks, water falls) and pergolas or wooden structures. I am amazed every time I see a finished project come together from start to finish! Awesome business, awesome people!
