Very helpful staff, tiny little store practically imbedded behind the Dunkin Donuts..... upon returning to the store, my daughter's phone was fixed at a reasonable price!! The BONUS is that she lives out of state, but can go to ANY LOCATION if she has any problems!!!

What a great store. They delivered what they promised and within the time they quoted. The tech was such a wonder to behold. He actually cared about his job and the individual needs of the customers. I observed him with several customers and he made a believer of each one. Honesty, integrity and great work. Need I say more?

My galaxy Zflip 4 broke, entire screen all black. I was able to drop it off at ubreakifix & it was repaired at no cost to me thanks to Asurion & ready to be picked up the same day just a few hours later. Very easy & convenience & great service! Phone is just like new again. I’m very happy with my experience using this company!

It was extremely easy because the only thing I had to do was to take my phone there and pick it up when they called and said it was ready. Can't get any easier than that!
