“I want to express my appreciation to the young man who helped me this evening (5/7/24) around 8:30pm at the Neeley St location with my damaged tire (I'm sorry I did not get his name). I ran over a bolt on Baseline Rd, parked my vehicle at the bank next to Penske, and neither my son nor I could remove the lug nuts with the tools provided in my Rav4. I walked the short distance to the Penske service bay area and asked for assistance. This man was at the desk in the repair bays and helped me without hesitation. In less than five minutes he'd walked with me to my car, removed the damaged tire and placed the temporary tire on my vehicle. He would not give me a bill or take cash. I am forever grateful for his kindness and willingness to help!”
