Been a member now for 9 months. It’s been disappointing because when you reach out to them in person or over the phone regarding an issue that requires a specific person to get back to you they NEVER do.From kids summer camp, to swim lessons, to tennis lessons. Each time we’ve had to make multiple attempts (a week or more goes by, requiring us to follow up/ask again). We will find a new gym after are yearly one is finished. ?

Awesome gym. Family oriented. Staff is great from tennis Pro's, yoga instructors, to the staff at the counter. It is expensive to join but my family found it worth it. We do wish there were so many add ons but part of it, I guess.

Professional and friendly atmosphere. The trainers like Greg and Jeff are the real deal highly skilled and dedicated in seeing you reach your maximum results. If you have any aches and pains or need just a relaxing message be sure to see Jesse or Niki they know how to help heal those areas and get you back on track.

My daughter is in the volleyball program and does privates with Chris. She does an amazing job with my daughter and we highly recommend her!!I also workout at the club. The classes are my favorite. The teachers are great! They are caring when I have issues and help me modified when needed. The variety of classes is great. My girls also enjoy the pools.

I have spoke with TAC twice as I was interested in joining. Last year around this time and had a really odd experience / interaction with a few of the staff. This year I decided I wanted to join the tennis course so I called and the guy at the front desk told me to sign up online. There was nothing online but then I checked and saw you have an app. I downloaded it and found the course I wanted to do but I didn’t have an account and it seemingly wouldn’t let me make one. I called the front desk back and he took my name and said someone would call me right back. That was six days ago. I’m not sure what the issue is here but it’s disappointing.

I am new to the area and had been searching for a gym for two months. I signed up for Learn Tennis Fast in April and never looked back. Richard and Janet have been so helpful with helping me get acclimated ?

Amazing staff! Brand new bikes for cycle and new d*** bells in the gym. Get everything for one price. I describe them as a club NOT a gym with no golf. Fitness and Tennis.

Twilight Zone Meets GET OUT with the Beverly Hillbilly cast for a staff and the collective of people there being Desperate housewives…?? I almost asked the sweet African American lady housekeeper if she was ok (blink once for yes.) The people treated her like she was invisible. Very clear the owner is more concerned with turning a profit than quality. Went in wanting a higher end gym and came out settling for a regular fitness center. But seriously…this place looks like a big garage or warehouse of sorts. I wouldn’t categorize this facility as a “Club.” Very different idea of a club compared to others. The outdoor pool looked like a public park pool that had been neglected and enclosed in a chain link fence. No privacy from the surround roads and busy traffic area..very relaxing. Then you walk into a very dated gym that has been masked with minor updates to the aesthetics. The cafe is basically a vending machine with mediocre protein shakes. Tennis courts are very worn but they appear that they have been resurfaced. Outdoor tennis courts remind me MacArthur Park, with tall chain link fences.Free weights are older as are most of the weight machines. Cardio machines are nice but very dirty, the displays splattered with sweat and saliva. The Locker rooms are decent in appearance, very cheaply done, high school gym class feel. Again, does not give off a club aesthetic. Especially in regards cleanliness. Sinks and mirrors were ghastly. Shower stalls similar to ones at camp grounds, covered in mildew, and hairy drains. The bathrooms were disgusting luckily I didn’t have use for them. The towel bins were overflowing.Oh the cherry on top..the staff. The front desk girl was too busy flirting with men to be bothered by customer service. I guess my wedding ring was a deterrent to being assisted. She peered over her thick black framed glasses with short, bothered, replies. I could see if it was a hectic time but it was a ghost town. The employee named Greg and I made contact for a request of a cleaning product. I guess his job title was above the question. His staunch demeanor and unwelcoming tone was off-putting. The 80s meat head trainer was slightly warmer but still he didn’t willingly assist. The whole vibe did not insight a want to stay or inclusion. It was very clear what type of environment they are striving for. People desperate to buy acceptance instead of quality service or experiences.Honestly the whole experience I felt Like I was being Punk’d and Kutcher was going to jump out any moment. What a surreal place…I would have settledfor just a fitness Center. So that is what I did. I found a place called B fit. It is modern, delicious shakes, incredibly nice and helpful staff. Most importantly it is very clean!

This gym is one of the most expensive in the area but it’s over run with various after school practices making many of facilities you pay for (basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools) unusable. Equipment is worn out and old. Would not recommend.
