“I was helping my niece get her car fixed and the shop mentioned that they saw a transmission leaking. I live in Indy and she in Evansville so not being able to speak to someone face to face is always a bit nerve racking. However when I called Nick answered the phone and after describing the situation he made me feel at ease. As it turns out a week later due to snows and our schedules I was able to get down to Evansville and drop the car by AAMCO myself. By chance the owner Jeremy was the first guy I spoke to when I arrived then he grabbed Nick since he was who I spoke to on the phone. After a short discussion Jeremy went out in the parking lot with me to do a quick fluid level check and take a peek at the leak. Good news was that although the fluid level was low it was terminal. The serviced everything a day later, called me during the interior inspection to discuss a couple options, and later that day my niece was good to go. She called me after picking up the car and said it was purring like a kitty cat. I can't thank these guys enough and would recommend them to anyone that needs help. Thanks again Nick and Jeremy!”
“HONEST shop with the best rates in town. Estimates are given up front, with no hidden fees or required 'tests' to try and find something wrong. Work was performed within the promised amount of time, honoring their initial estimate (new alternator). This shop also sources reliable parts as well. My daughter is a student at the local university (far from home) so it's rather calming for a father's brain to know there's someone reliable nearby she can take her vehicle to should another need arise. Definitely saving this place to my 'favorites'.”

“The transmission on my 2017 GMC 2500HD, 6.0 gasoline engine, failed at 55,000 miles. A friend recommended Do It Right Transmission, who did a rebuild on my unit along with an upgrade on the torque converter that will prevent recurrence. They did a great job on the rebuild and honored their initial quote..
