Took my truck in to get the radiator replaced in November was cold out the time so had not tried to use the air conditioning first warm day of the year in February no AC took it back to the dealer checked it over told me there was nothing wrong with it it worked fine fast forward 30 days air conditioner quit working again added Freon AC not works return after adding freon for the third time over the course of a short period this summer they found a leak in the condenser but except absolutely no fault unwilling to budge on the bill for the repairs very dissatisfied with the service manager as he is not used common sense in reality of what is taking place

I know when services are provided and this company messes up, they WILL NOT take accountability and push the loss to the customer. Shame shame on you for taking advantage of a young disabled woman leaving her with having to fix her vehicle at another shop after you " did not do anything" to it but refused to give her ANY paperwork on what you did/ did not do. You told her it would be a $2000 fix. The other mechanic spent $100 on parts and 20 minutes to fix something you messed up. Sorry to give 1 star to the SUPERVISOR named C. He doesn't deserve it.

We just purchased a vehicle from Town and Country Ford. We had a really good experience. Sales representative John Conrad it was great. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and mostly important very honest and never pushy. We looked around and ended up coming back to John. It was an overall pleasant experience. I will recommend him for any car purchase. Thank you John!

I previously purchased a Mach E from them. However, the vehicle required seven visits to the shop within a year and a half, with the most recent issue being a power train fault that appeared on the system. Despite these recurring problems, the service department would claim that the vehicle was not currently experiencing any issues whenever I brought it in for repairs. They never successfully resolved the issues and instead offered to buy back the vehicle one third of the original purchase price ($22k) despite my initial investment of almost $60k. Fortunately, Subaru provided me with a satisfactory trade-in experience. As a result of these issues, we have decided to no longer patronize this establishment.
