I had some drivability issues with my 2006 Lincoln Town Car so I took it to the dealership to have it diagnosed. They did nothing more than plug a scan tool in which could've been done at any auto parts store. They told me my problem was due to aftermarket partswhich is what everyone uses for their vehicles these days they tried to sell me $1600 worth of OEM parts that would not fix my problem be weary of trusting the dealership this has costed me days without a vehicle and lots of hassle

For both sales and service I've never had a better experience than I have with the people at Town & Country Ford in Evansville, IN!! Big smiles and great attitudes from everyone I've had contact with!! I love my truck ('21 Ranger)...and I love Town & Country Ford!!

There is a reason Town & Country has such poor ratings- I only wish I had known this before I purchased my brand new- brand new-Ford Bronco which has rusted bolts. I have been lied to, run in circles & avoided by the manager, Derek, who refuses to uphold his promises & return my messages. The rusted bolts I can see are cosmetic but what about the ones I can't see? This is very, very dangerous & no one seems to care. Horribly unethical upper management & company. Buyer beware.

Great place to do business!!! Amazing deals and top tier customer service. I've purchased my last five vehicles from Town & Country Ford and received above and beyond service each time.

I inquired about selling my vehicle. Initially was posted online. I received a call that town and country wanted to buy it for what i asked for, i came in and was low balled by 6k, then they came back and asked if I'd do 31k even though I didn't want to i did! So i came back so they could buy it and sign paper work to be told they changed there mind. Mind you they told me to be there before 4pm and i was rushing bc i had to get my kids from school and then the manager whose name is NICK B wouldnt even come speak to me himself since he's the one that drug me out there and then changed his mind like it was some game. If your a manager your going to need to know how to handle certain situations. This was very unprofessional especially to be a manager and act that way. Im sure personal feelings were involved since we know the same people but super unprofessional!! I've always heard negative things about town and country; I've never had a run in with them until this matter. i will never do business with them again and I'll make sure my friends and family know!! When you give someone like Nick power he feels that he can jerk people around for the hell of it !!!!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE Town & Country is the worst especially their service department, they had my 2018 mustang. In the shop for almost 2 months. I finally had to go get it without the transmission repair done. Went to Dpatrick Ford, and bought a new 2020 Mustang, so far I'm pleased with them. This was the 2nd vehicle I had bought from Town $ Country, I thought they had my back, boy was I wrong. BUYER BEWARE
