I recently had a water leak that caused significant damage to my home. I called Torian and Rosie immediately jumped into action. Within an hour the insurance company called me. So, we had a vender bender with a person backing out of his drive into the side of our pickup truck! Bummer!!! Called Rosie Blaze at Torian and she got us connected to our next steps. Called her, got quote for repair, took Claim number and contacted the other insurance company involved ,Statefarm( other driver) and already have the check in the mail for necessary repairs!! Thanks Torian and thank you Rosie Blaze for following thru!!

I recently had a roof claim on my home. Rosie at Torian got my claim submitted right away and the insurance agent called me within 24 hours and had an adjuster out there within 2 days. The claim was handled and the work was completed very quickly with very little effort on my part. You always expect some frustration when having to file a claim but I can honestly say there was no frustration at all! Rosie also kept in contact with me and followed up every step of the way. I could not ask for better customer service than I get from Torian. The service I receive from my agent Wendy is also top notch! She goes out of her way to shop best rates for me each year and is always available for any questions I have.

My experience with Torian Insurance has always been a very positive one. I have been affiliated with the company for both personal insurance needs, as well as the insurance needs for a multifaceted business for over 25 years. Everyone, from the one who answers the phone, to the one who handles claims, to the agent and his assistant have always been very knowledgeable and always easily assessable to take answer all by questions and offer their help when a need arises.
