This used to be a 5 star business with Bodie running it. Now that it's under new management, the owners don't know how to even use their own ordering system, don't know anything about the products they sell, have almost no selection of juices for vapes, and think that their profits come from the worthless little disposables that almost no one buys. I don't know who the new owners are but they have caused 90% of their staff to quit and don't listen to their own customers.I only buy one type of juice and it's always in stock. Since they have been under new management, it's been a month of asking for that particular juice and they still don't have it. In fact, I settled for another juice and ended up liking it, only to go back a week and a half later and they are out of that one and a good 10 others. It's honestly sad to see such a well known and well run business go under new management and run themselves into the ground. So sad.

Hands down the best staff anywhere I've ever shopped at, vapor sellers or not. They are always in a good mood and are all so friendly, knowledgeable and just flat out the most awesome people behind the counter. Prices are really great but even if they were the most expensive in town I would still only shop at this one store. I can't say enough good things about the store and staff at the Green River Rd location. 100 stars/thumbs up/ high fives. THIS is a business model that needs to be given a spotlight. They are doing everything right there.

Helpful staff that seems to know more about the products they sell than other shops. Prices are average. There's a newer shop much closer but, I go where I trust.

I stopped in to shop for a specific item. Looking everywhere for a Profile M RTA, the staff went above and beyond! The young lady called all the other shops in town, unfortunately we didn't find one, but I call that outstanding customer service!
