“Very good pricing. Consistent communication & work ethic. Always a pleasure to get my vehicle back with a clean bill of health. Well, this part of my review starts on 8/7/2025. Took vehicle to get brake rotors & pads. Which they did in not only a timely fashion, but for a decent price. But like I've not seen from these boys yet, I was astonished at the curve ball they flung at upon pick up. I got in the truck after hearing yeah, all good, no problems & a lug nut is in the cup holder. Didn't have much thought of it then & there. Got home, looked at receipt, noticed mention of needing lugnut for right rear. Took a look, right rear , 5 of 6 lugs on. Keep in mind all 24 lugs take a special anti theft socket. So try to put the lug on stud & beyond stripped. Threads gone at least 5 threads deep. So, bottom lu e, Bill says oh yeah forgot to tell ya, also you need to get a lug nut. Not a lug like that to be found no where.on line, off line”

“William worked on my 2021 Dodge Rebel on a Saturday! I took my truck to him to get ECU unlocked so it could be tuned. He explained every detail step by step as he went through the process and let me what tuning options I had available for my model. Very reasonably price as well. When I was having some issues after the job was done he was willing to come back to the shop and help me address my concerns which turned out to be operator error on my part but he still helped. I would definitely recommend and return if needed!”
“I was on my way back from an appointment for my parents and a low tire alert popped up. I was close to Tornatta Tire on Morgan so I stopped and asked if I could get some air in the low tire. Within 5 minutes a gentleman was putting air in my tire and went the extra step to check all my tires and fill them as well. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely go back when I need tires.”

“Princeton, Indiana Location!!This once was a great place, and value! They were nice, but, we were overcharged, I figure about 500$! Hubby got 2 tires, 517.64! walmart has same exact for 70$ cheaper, 2 tires were 300$ for 2! he got, upper controll arm, and lower ball joint, same side and out tie rod on opposite side, front end alignment, 89.95$, 3 seperate overlapping labor charges, @ 110.00 hr labor, when, plus, seperate 89.95$ for alignment! they put o'Reilly parts on, I called, priced outer tie rod, which was 17$ they charged us 71.46$ the ball joint cost 34$, they charged us 93.64, charged us 34.94 for service/environmental fees! I called, spoke with Eric, and he said, they charge everyone that, and they kept his truck overnight, loaned him a shuttle vehicle, which was nice, but, really?? our bill was $$ 1318.93! with, excessive overcharges, overlapping labor charges, which was more than book time also, x3, labor charges! you darn skippy, we was not happy! I am quite sure, that we were overcharged approx 500$! Live and learn! we should have, bought our own parts, tires, had them installed elsewhere, so no overlapping labor costs x3, plus alignment, when all that was apart anyway! only let them do the Initial, front end alignment only, had work done elsewhere! Geez! then, they said, they didnt even bill us for the upper controll arm! makes you wonder! still, overpaid by approx 500$ i would love to put a public picture of this bill on here!! positive side: Nice and cordial, while overcharging for everything, except front end alignment, and tire disposal fee, ! Guarantee! this wont EVER, happen again!!!!”
