Customer service is decent both my issue is with the rewards it stated 20 cents off I applied it and paid full price for my gas no discount included when viewing my receipt

I purchase all of my gas at Thornton's, as well as coffee, hot dogs, snacks, etc. Great store with nice people.

I am a rewards member with Thornton's and I use them exclusively because on occasion I get coupons to save on fuel.I purchased gas with a 20 cent per gallon coupon. It did not apply the coupon which was valid. This is the second time this has occurred. The clerk refused to recifty this issue.It is beginning to appear to me as if this is a predatory company that lures in customers with the promise of a discount on fuel, and then denies these savings in order to make more money off of fuel sales.Shame on you Thornton's.

I just paid the most I ever paid for a pack of cigarettes. I bought the same cigarettes yesterday I have a block away been buying him since I was 16 and I’m 42. They charge me over $10 for a pack of cigarettes I paid seven dollars for yesterday. That’s ridiculous. They don’t cost that much anywhere else at the other Thorntons or any place else in Indiana. I will not return to this one again they be ripping you off. Yes, that’s why the parking lots empty.
