I’m Proud to say that the Maintenance team is the Best team I encountered in the last 6 years of us living here, it’s one of the Reasons why we have stayed in the Timbers this Long and I hope we Stay a little longer ❤️❤️❤️????

Carpet had not been vacuumed, spiders EVERYWHERE, two of my outlets dont work, but the apartment management team is pleasant, and the amenities are nice.

Almost signed a lease here to move in this weekend. Unfortunately, I noticed both live and dead roaches in the unit I almost signed for. Be cautious before moving here because this was apparently an issue they knew of and did not disclose this information to me until I brought it to their attention. Very disappointing. The dishwasher also had a lot of staining and smelled bad once opened. Staff was very polite and seemed to want to resolve these issues, but it left me feeling uncomfortable continuing to move forward with them.
