Absolute worst management. Manager is never there, and employees are lied to, misguided and given no time off. Late schedules are posted and no one knows what to do. I would never do business with this company. Makes you wonder how they treat your pets if they can't treat their employees with kindness.

If I give 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional, they talk about customers, they let the dogs drink water with feces in it, management is extremely rude! I would not bring my dogs here ever again! Take them to barks and recreation!!!

I love this place they take good care of my kingston when he’s there getting his grooming done. Prices are great, staff are very nice, & the Lodge is beautiful on the inside & out. Kingston seems super excited when we puck him up & he loves to go back the next time. I havent tried the daycare or boarding. Ive wanted to try daycare but i think i would be sad to not have him around me all day so maybe sometime in the future i might try the daycare but not right now. But i would & i do recommend this place to everyone i talk to about dogs or animals. Also one last thing i have to say those girls that work there are really really patient & loving to the dogs ive seen in there especially when there all jumping & barking at them cuz they know its time to go outside.

I was so hesitant to put my puppy in daycare. I couldn’t be happier! He absolutely loves the staff here. He’s on his 3rd day & he waits by the garage door for me because he’s so excited to go. Being able to have him if he’s been messy also saves me time. I cannot recommend the staff here enough.

I’m very paranoid about my dogs Gus & Nori, but I feel very good about taking them to PawPrint! The staff is kind and seem to enjoy the dogs. They separate by size and remove collars (for safety) - two things that other daycares around here shockingly don’t seem to do. I’ll never go anywhere else, it’s been a very positive experience. Thank you!

My experience was just ok. This is more based on staff lack of concern with my dog coming back wet from daycare. I emailed and requested a call from a manager. She apologized and said she would address it. That's all. No request for me to come back or anything.

Pippin loves going to daycare. He gets super excited when I start packing up to go to the office. He always comes home nice and worn out from a fun day of play. Also been very good at making him more calm when we meet another dog in public.

Hands down the best day care and boarding in the Tri-state the staff is extremely friendly professional and kind. This place smells amazing and the facility is extremely clean I will never take my pup any place else.

The people at Pawprint Lodge have been amazing. My dog, Baloo, has the best time going for daycare. Pawprint Lodge has been incredible to work with for boarding as well. I absolutely trust them with my dog!
