Cody was great to work with. Truck was unable to be repaired or diagnosed within the allotted time. Cody helped me jump start the truck and saved the day.
Interacting with Mark felt like I was talking with a high schooler and one of the least socially intelligent people I’ve ever interacted with. A nightmare.
Deal with Cody. Trust me!

The one and only place I take my vehicles! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are exceptional ?
They will always call you with a quote before doing anything to your vehicle. They are also reasonable.

Everyone I spoke to was very professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Cody, stay in contact with me the whole time. Work on my car was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend The Answer.

The Answer East is great and gives the best service. Professional but courteous. They gave a free diagnosis and then details, in my terms, to understand what my car would need to be repaired. I'll be back..my kind of place.
