This place was nice till the lady working there started accusing a woman of stealing from there and she was just awful to the lady and made her almost cry will never go there again or styles and of the stores that are owned by this person thank you

I shop and sell to this location often and they give great deals. There clothes are great quality but most of all kristy is one of the best workers there she goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and she is on top of everything. She’s the best

Took in 70 items today and they rejected all. I honestly expected to sell less than half of a very eclectic lot (brand new stuff, older stuff but with tags, things I had worn but in good condition, name brands, target brands, sizes ranging from medium to 3x, pants, skirts, dresses, tanks, tees, sweaters, etcetera) but zero was pretty humorous. The associate stated they don't take anything over 2 years old. (So they looked up everything in a short time frame? lol...no...) While some items were older than that (in good condition and in styles their supposed demographic of late twenties to fifties aged women wear) many were purchased new in the last year. She also stated they aren't taking long sleeves due to preparing for spring. Fine, perhaps don't say you accept all seasons on your website? I made a list of what I took so I could ensure I got everything back and I will be interested to see if they even unfolded everything. So long as I have everything, no harm no foul (just a waste of time) but after initially looking at their inventory online and later glancing while in store I am surprised to say the least. Some of the items in store looked... well, not suitable for resale. So, we tried it, now I know, would NOT recommend unless you have time to waste, I will just continue to sell online instead.

I went in a was told I could not sell when they were closing in a hour. I had ONE item and had to beg them to look at it because I was from over two hours away. I asked why they couldn't buy my item and what it meant and I got back "that means we can't buy it." Instead of assuming customers know what you mean, explain the process. Very unhappy with the customer service and will not be back.

Dropped off clothing, all great brands, no damage, some still with tags. One person was checking clothing and it took about ten min to go through my things, eventhough there was plenty of inventory for her to go through so I knew that it should've taken longer for her to get to mine. Nonetheless, they accepted nothing saying they're older styles. When I picked up my items, she gave me someone else's tub initially and I went through this persons items, which were similar to mine, and they were buying them. I don't like to play the race card, but I've experienced this at Plato's also. People of color, don't shop at these stores. You're not appreciated.

Took brand new items in that they took out of the protective zipper bags they came in and they threw the bags away without asking me if that was ok! They also tried offering $2 for brand new items that are $75+ and $2.50 for a brand new with tags pair of boots that cost $200. I found things on their racks marked higher than retail also! Craziness!

My elderly mother had a recent horrible experience of customer service that I witnessed yesterday. I’m writing this on my mother Catherine’s request. This business doesn't know how to properly return items. She wanted to be refunded for the difference of what the discount would've been off two items I was overcharged. All my other clearance items were fine. She told the cashier this when she came back the next day (Sunday 7/24/22) to have it fixed. The manager proceeded to fully refund the two items for the amount I was charged and not just credit my credit card back the difference of what I should've not paid in. It was completely backwards in the way this was done. She asked the manager that did this refund, what did she do because my mother just wanted the difference paid back to her card. The manager tells her that she owes them money now and she can't leave the store, or the authorities will be called on me. The manager also demanded to have my driver’s license left there also. This caused embarrassment in front of customers, her daughter (myself) and grandchild. She’s a 70-year-old woman and to have this treatment was embarrassing. The manager tells her that she must come back tomorrow (Monday 7/25/22) to pay them back what they over refunded. She lives all the way in New Harmony, 45 minutes from this store, spend time and gas all for the mistake THEY made!! This manager made it more difficult than it should've been. She shouldn't have to come back to pay them back what they shouldn't have done in the first place if someone knew how to do their job right the first time! This causes a serious inconvenience and I'd give 0 as a rating if I could. **My mother did end up going back into the store to do what they told her she had to do, even though it was no fault to my mother the manager didn’t know how to do a return right. The manager wasn’t there today and all she wanted was an apology from her and/or the store owner. She really shouldn’t have had to come all the way back in town, caused her to have a migraine because of this, and spend her gas money for the manager’s mistake. This is horrible customer service, and my mother is a regular at that store too! The people working there know this and how much she’s spent there. We will no longer be shopping at this store for myself, her, or my younger daughter after this embarrassing experience. Someone needs to be re-taught how to do a refund or price adjustment properly. I’ve had over 15 years of retail experience and even with someone with no retail experience would know how simple that should’ve been handled and it was not!!!!**

Stay away from here. Owners are very argumentative and hypocritical. They claim to promote sustainability while vastly underpaying their employees.
