The customer service is great .And storage is great location ..Trudy is wonderfule person the one on vogel rd.. always get reminders on bill fast to answer any ?? Thanks been with them many years...

This storage location is a well run operation. They have been very helpful to me each time I’ve needed assistance with something and, also, with answering any questions I’ve had fairly quickly.

This is a great storage facility. Never any issues. Only concern is there has been 2 price increases in a year.

The manager at this facility didn't get the special the company was offering in the computer correctly when I signed the original agreement, but advised me she would have it corrected at the corporate office and have my bill adjusted. I asked if it would show on my next statement. She told me I wouldn't receive a statement, not even by email and that rent is due the first of the month.I moved in April 7, 2021. I received an invoice on April 16, 2021. My bill had not been adjusted to show the special I'd rented the unit under. When I went in to pay my bill and ask about it, the manager (same person) told me they had moved me out of my unit but she could rent me another unit. I asked why I'd been moved out. She said she had nothing to do with it. She also said she wasn't there when a walk through was done. She said people move out all the time without notice and the company will just go ahead and send out invoices at the end of the month. When I told her I received the invoice 9 days after I rented the unit and offered to show her the email, she tried to blame it on someone named Olivia and started to give some other story about how some people do send invoices, but she doesn't.I understand I didn't move anything into the unit I leased and paid for, (had personal/family issues, that comes first), however, my rent was paid IN FULL for April. While I was unable to make it into the office before closing on the previous Friday to ask about the bill, I did go in on Monday, May 3. This was BEFORE the 10 day grace period for payments, per the rental agreement. Technically, there would have been a late charge on or after May 10.The manager offered nothing, not even an apology. If I'd never been moved out, I would NEVER have had an issue with anything. I wouldn't even have had an issue with the fact the billing hadn't been adjusted as long as it was fixed. If there had been an apology, I may have been more understanding as well. No one is perfect. But I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO! I will NOT do business with someone I believe is telling me me a lie. I also think (in this particular instance), it was a bit of double-dipping on their part. I was never even contacted to see if I wanted to keep the unit at least until the end of the month. I will go somewhere else and pay more. Btw, I went (same company), to the Outer Lincoln Avenue site. The lady there was very nice. She also apologized for any inconvenience I may have had. I am also paying more per month, as they don't have the special pricing.

They auctioned off all my stuff because THEY mixed up my unit number with someone who was behind. I told them several times they had my number wrong and they said they fixed it. Ha! Yea they fixed it alright. They knew they were wrong saying “this has never happened before” but wouldn’t reimburse me for anything. Their lawyer even said I was a liar! YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!!!! They do not care about you or your belongings. That’s evident. I lost a whole storage unit full of my stuff.
