All I can say is DO NOT USE! If I could give negative stars I would. My salesman, Rance Evans lied and did not do his job. If he comes to your door, turn him away immediately. I’m canceling my service after 2 days and returning my equipment to the store on Monday, which I had to make a reservation to do; which is ridiculous. The only positive was our tech, Mike, who came to install was very nice.

Always having connecting issues over the time I have had spectrum. Wires been fried out, box disconnecting without warning. I personally wouldn’t recommend these guys. Plus their prices are extremely high for what they offer. $60 a month for 400mbps? I can get 960mbps from their competitor for that price.

Update: After attempting to return equipment in store for a second time and there being a 2 hour wait to simply return equipment I called to see if there were any other options. I was told that they would send me shipping boxes and labels to return the equipment. I explicitly told them that I had moved from the service address and confirmed that they would send the boxes to my current address. The boxes were sent to the previous address. On top of that, the person who I talked to when I canceled my services told me I had 45 days to return my equipment and that was 30 days ago. I currently have a charge for over $100 for equipment that I have attempted to return three times.Spectrum offers nothing but overpriced services with no customer service. When you cancel services are not pro rated so you will pay for any time you aren't able yo use, in my case nearly half of the month. When going to return my equipment the workers did not greet me, ask me to check in or anything. I took a seat and waited to be served and after 20 minutes of waiting I still had not be approached. If you value your money and your time I would not do business with Spectrum.

Wait was longer than I expected to turn in old cable boxes. Associate asked me how I liked the Xumo boxes and I said if internet was at the speed I am paying for it probably be good. He told me for $10 more per month I could get 500 meg. I currently have 300 meg and actual speed is around 80 meg. Far below the 300 meg. Then he wanted to argue which made me mad. In my mind very poor consumer service.

D’Ayrs Bradley provided excellent customer service to us. She answered all of our questions and helped get my husband’s new phone all set up. We will always ask for her if we have to go in the store for any reason.

Spectrum has increased fees, again, and we have decided to cancel our internet service with this company. We have had internet through Spectrum since fall 2020, with a stable fee for years 1 and 2. After the 22% increase starting year 3, they are now increasing the fee by an additional 45% for year 4. When I called Spectrum, I learned that they have no customer retention department and did not want to make any allowance for a 3-year customer. A fee increase of 77% in three years is not acceptable for us.

Went into trade my iPhone XS Max in for an iPhone 14. The rep closed the transaction without taking my trade in she said” there’s nothing they can do.” Next time I’ll be sure to record my interaction so I can blast it on the internet.

Changing my review on this one. I was told my numerous people at this office my Internet bill would be a certain price when I upgraded and when I got it it was more than what they told me. So after I called and got zero help all I can say is record any conversations you have with people inside and outside this office. They will lie and you will pay for it.

The store had a ton of people in there and there were a number of folks who were being fairly rude but my experience ended up being a great one thanks to the help of Clayton. He is a great worker and I appreciate the fact that he got to me and work down the line of unruly people and remain professionally courteous! He's definitely a great who deserves recognition and promotion.
