I was at the Shoe Carnival on Loop 250 in Midland, Texas yesterday. You have to walk through an extreme amount of bird poop right at the entrance to the store, right above the entrance door we’re at least 5 pigeons lurking down from their nest. There was bird poop all over the glass doors going in to the store. I’m pretty certain that not only customers see this but also the manager and employees. It’s us not anyone’s fault but the birds but the situation can and should be maintained. Also the Mexican music playing over head was waaay too loud. The clerk didn’t seem at all concerned of either situation. I didn’t find what I was looking for so I left

Ordered a pair of Skechers flip flops and they sent me a fake pair. I have 2 pairs of the real ones and these are a knockoff. Very sad

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes pink and brown steve madden tennis shoes. When I put in my order and my card information in the first time on my phone, it said error. I didn't receive any confirmation in my email about it going through even though it said error. I then proceeded to still purchase them but instead on my laptop, it went through on my laptop. I then received a email confirming that my purchase went through, the next day i realized my account in a negative. Which means they charged me for 4 pairs of shoes and I only received a confirmation for one of those transaction. I then had to pay my bank a fee that i didn't create or do. So that same week I received all 4 pair of shoes and had to return each pair of them because i was charged double and it was the wrong size. I still wanted the shoes so i told my mom to order them instead since the first time i ordered it gave me error. My mom orders both pairs of shoes the same day, i return all 4 pairs of the shoes. I received only one pair which was the pink one the next day, even though she ordered both pairs together as one transaction . Shoe carnival then proceeds to send me a used shoe. The inside is dirty, as well as the bottom of the shoes, it has black marks on the shoe too. My mom looks at her account and they then reverse a payment and send the money back for my other shoe. So at this point I went and ordered that same pair of brown shoes that I did not receive from Macy's. Later on that day my mom gets a email about the brown shoes saying that they are on the way after they reversed the payment and after i have already purchased them again from another place. I then go and call the 1-800 number Roshnin is the one I spoke to that works for the call center devision would not accomodate anything. I explained everything and she basically called me a liar about the shoes not being dirty and about how the first transaction i doubled charge it myself. Which was 4 pairs of the same shoes that I returned the next day. Roshnin then put me on hold to speak to her supervisor of the call center. The supervisor name was Winnie, she was rude, she does not care about her customers, she would not accommodate anything for the inconvenience that the caused, all she said was i would have to return the shoes and reorder again after both incidents happened in the same week on there behalf. If i could give 0 stars i would do just that, this is extreme poor customer service. I will not be giving service to them ever again.

I just left the Waxahachie location. The female clerk was very helpful but the male clerk was rude to the point that I almost left the 3 pairs of shoes I purchased sitting on the counter.

Bought some Freeman brand men's dress shoes and wore them twice when the surface finish started to delaminate. Reached out to contact Freeman (owned by British Shoe Company) and they would do nothing to compensate me or resolve the issue. Shoe carnival is the main outlet for this brand and where I originally purchased the shoes. My advice: Steer clear of Freeman shoes!

Nonstop spam. I've never ordered shoes from this place and have unsubscribed on their website several times, yet I still receive at least two emails from them a day.

If I could add negative stars I would. It's been since December and I still haven't received my refund. At this point, it feels like I have donated to this substandard company. I would advise you to purchase shoes anywhere else, except Shoe Carnival.

Can't ever find my shoe size. 5.5. I know my size is small, but I should be able to find at least one pair. I try to wear size 6 but end up with blister on my heal as they slip. So you guys lost around 200. Cause I was going to buy at least two or more pairs of shoes. Ended up buying online direct from the manufacturer Id rather pay more and have a shoe that doesn't kill my feet. If I hear one more time I should by kids shoes Im gonna flip out. Your loss.?

Horrible service still waiting on my refund from November. DO NOT Purchase from them they also do a lot of lying. The girl tried to make it look like I took the shoes into the store there is no Shoe Carnival in California. I reported my case to the Better Business Bureau let them handle it.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I bought a pair of shoes online. They did not fit so I initiated a return, however, I had to close the bank account I used for payment of the shoes. I was advised I would receive a gift card since my original payment method wad no longer valid. I was then told they couldn't issue a gift card and to contact my previous bank for the refund of the funds. Bank had no record and said they wouldn't accept a refund because the account is closed. Fast forward 6 weeks, 6 emails and 8 phone calls of a constant back and forth, gift card, contact bank, no gift card and so on. FINALLY after all the calls and emails and multiple b*tching session I got my refund. Don't know why this company is so inept as to simply issue a gift card from the beginning that I would be spending in their store anyhow. WOSRT COMAPNY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
