Not the greatest wash I've received. I would suggest a pre wash for the more dirtier cars.

Visited the west side location on 10/18/24. No pre-wash or rinse before applying soap. Applied little soap to a dry truck and went right to power scrubbers. Very little rinsing throughout the wash. My rims were dusty before going through the wash and were still dusty after. No high pressure power washing at all, just waterfall type rinsing. Disappointing.

Just purchased a new vehicle from a family member that had been sitting in a garage for a long period of time and had very stuck on dirt. I casually mentioned I had just purchased the vehicle and the attendant offered me a free basic wash to get me started. A+ service

When I arrived at Finish Line today I was initially just checking prices. I met Sean and talked to him for a bit and he informed me that they only accept debit and credit. I only had cash on hand. Sean insisted on providing me with a complimentary basic wash free of charge. Thanks again Sean for the kindness and generosity. I appreciate your sincere customer service this afternoon.

BEWARE!! Very poor customer service. Trying to cancel monthly membership is nearly impossible. Even the people who work there say they make it hard to scam people. I have tried to call "customer seevice" at least 8 times and after being on hold for ovrr an hour gave up. My only option is to dispute the chsrges from the last 60 days.

I went to Finish Line car wash on the east side of Evansville thinking that it would go a great job for $27.00. When it was done I pulled around to vacuum. After reviewing the wash the wheels still had break dust on them and the bugs were still on the front bumper. I went to the supervisor and he told me that the break dust on the wheels is a “detail” that I must done by hand. I then asked about the bugs that were left behind and he had no comment. He sent me in the car wash again and it was still no better. I go to a car wash at home called Ollie’s and it does all this for you. No problem. And it is $7.00 cheaper. BAD CAR WASH. DONT GO.
