“Oh my goodness! Troy and Ashley at the Public Storage on Mesker Park Drive in Evansville were amazing!! We rented a small storage space for just a month and Troy made the process so easy for us. And then we moved from one parking space to a larger one and Troy and Ashley took all the time we needed to discuss our options, what payments would be, etc (and there were A LOT of variables in this move based on the time of the month we moved!) They both were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—definite assets to Public Storage. In my book, customer service is just as important as the product and Troy and Ashley provided SUPERIOR customer service. They are keepers! ?”
“Onebox storage is reliable, clean, and secure. The area is well-lit at night and there is a locked gate in front of the premises. It is easy to communicate with staff when needed. The location is also very close to the University of Evansville (about a 5 min drive).”

“This is by far the best place in Evansville to get a storage unit- I was there for years and bought a farm with a barn so I did not need a storage unit. Now I am in the process of selling my barn and need a unit again. The front desk lady was amazing fast efficient and makes it the place to rent. I will be there for life !!! As long as she is there .”

5 months ago: This place has stellar customer service. Phenomenal. Units are clean and gated. I feel like my things are safe, i dont worry. There is video surveillance and the property is well lit so I feel safe going alone if need be. The area is also quiet. I'm renting a 10x10. 2nd month is free which is really nice! The woman who answers calls is just the sweetest! So glad bee hive mini storage couldn't be bothered to return my call bc I'm very happy where I am!”

“We were among the folks who lost some of our belongings (along with some of the equipment and supplies of the nonprofit that we help run) in the recent arson attack on the facility. I want to point out that what has happened has not hurt our opinion of Bee Hive at all. If anything, after the initial shock wore off, our opinion has improved based upon how they responded.The owners have been very nice and kept our family posted as the situation developed. We will be back in a new unit just as soon as the need arises again.I strongly encourage anyone needing a storage unit to consider Bee Hive. They are simply the best option in Evansville.”

The process of packing and moving is stressful enough without having to worry about your belongings being safe. Mike met us out there gave us our code to get in and had the locks we needed. He is definitely a man who understands what it means to be a small town business owner, instead of jacking up the price he gave us a deal. He is an honest business owner and someone I will go to 1st if I ever need storage again.”
