Sam, Louie, and the team at Allstate have proven time and time again that they care about their customers and go above and beyond to be helpful in any situation. They are easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Their rates are very competitive, and it gives me peace of mind to have a local agent in my area to help with my insurance needs. I would highly recommend Allstate and the experience that the Tanoos family provides.

We have been with this company for a couple decades at least, and they are like family. So caring and personable. They go above and beyond to find the best rates or best things to recommend to us. Every claim we have had, they’ve been on top of it! Getting us taken care of and whatever damage repaired or replaced. As in getting hit by others. Hail damage to roof and vehicle, and have you as top priority to make sure you are doing ok and getting the best care all around. I would recommend Sam Tanoos Allstate Agency to everyone!

WE have been with Sam for several years now so I can do an honest review. I love Allstate insurance first of all!I’m a person that needs to be able to just stop in and get answers. I do not like to call a number and just get anyone on the other end of a phone call. I also like to see the "On the spot facial expressions" this tells you a lot about a person.I started out working with Sam but now I work solely with Louie. These two are just simply put AWESOME!The ENTIRE office is so helpful and Professional too. Thank you!If anyone is looking for GREAT insurance and very personable people everytime you call or stop in. Then you should give them a try. GREAT prices too.

Brenda was very helpful in assisting me to look at my previous home and auto policies in comparison to Allstate. I will be saving money and that makes me a happy customer. It will be nice to actually have an insurance agent rather than a person somewhere on the other side of the earth that doesn't understand my needs.

Despite building my credit score past 721 and being accident and citation free during my coverage, Allstate kept raising my monthly rate by $8-12 each month. I called to have them explain this issue and they said they couldn’t lock in a rate and are allowed to charge whatever they like without notice due to “company expenses.” I immediately switched to another company and my bill went from $191/mo down to $127/mo. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who wishes to be treated respectfully and charged fairly.
