Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, Max and Zach were quick to answer my questions and help with searching for a vehicle. Max took time to inspect one of the vehicles I was interested in and sent pictures for me as well. Thank you both, I really appreciate it!

Lyndsay Stone is amazingly superb. I want to thank you for always showing enthusiasm and being willing to jump in wherever assistance or guidance was needed. That kind of above and beyond customer service is hard to get now and days. She was kind, friendly, efficient and detailed oriented. I would be back for another car in the future

Purchased my 4th Subaru in 8 years from Romain. Tyler was very knowledgeable. I knew the numbers going in and my decision was simply based on them whether I trade for a 2022 Forester or purchase the extended warranty on the 2019 Forester. I got a good deal, particularly given supply shortage (some dealers are charging over MSRP). I've not been disappointed in any of my purchases here.

I would not recommend if you're looking to purchase a used car. They went on and in about how thorough their inspection was. Within two-theee weeks of having the car we spent $1000 to get it running and now the power steering is out also. We've had the car about 8 weeks. The BMV won't let us register the car because they say Romain gave us an old title. So Romain said they would get it registered. Got the plates yesterday and the title application and it's in the wrong name. So now I have to pay more money to have it transferred. I am frustrated with the whole experience. They are not competent or trustworthy IMO at least not for purchasing a used vehicle .

Let me tell ya... these folks put up with a lot outta me and smiled the entire time! I have a 2013 GMC Terrain that has some mechanical issues due to massive oil consumption problems by GM. There was a class action lawsuit and after it wass all said and done, GM paid for the $5,000+ repair. I worked with Amy in the service department and she was such an amazing person! Excellent customer service and sooooo helpful! So refreshing to have service with a smile! Thank you Romain for such a wonderful experience! #CustomerForLife!

Ordered 2 small checkballs for 12.68 or something. Bear transmissions gave me 7 for free. After 2 days got tired of waiting when they said it would be 1 to 2 days.

This dealer had me drive 3 hours and then wouldn't honor the price we discussed on the phone. It was a straight up slimy car salesman technique. So frustrating and a compete waste of Memorial Day. Avoid doing business with this company.

Had a smooth out-of-state buying experience with Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park for a used vehicle. Was kept informed with many photos and information regarding the car and its condition, and all questions were promptly responded to. Was walked through the process of buying a car out of state and having it shipped, and everything was as planned. Highly recommend Brian Trask and the team at Romain Cross Pointe.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and it's employees. My husband and I bought a 2017 Buick Enclave from Doug Goth. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Very fair and helpful in every way. When I needed service Von Rogers came to my rescue. Having recently lost my husband Von went above and beyond the call of duty to get my car in and fixed up in just a couple of days, offering whatever I needed as far as a loner car etc. This dealership really cares about their customers. Everyone from all departments put the customers first. If you are looking for a new or used car, no other dealership will work as hard to find you just what you want and need. Once you buy from them the service is incredible. That is where the rubber meets the road and they will not disappoint.

I recommend avoiding this dealership. Buying a used car from them was an infuriating experience. We picked this dealership because they had a couple of cars that met our exact specifications, which we found to be very difficult to find. The individuals we worked with at the dealership consistently did not understand the process and misinformed us on several key points. -We were told that by filling out our financing application, we would be able to complete the deal without having to return to the dealership. This was very important, because we traveled to Evansville to purchase this vehicle. When we started discussing details, we were informed that we wouldn't be able to get the quotes needed to complete the deal. The individual we were working with was either uninformed of the process or mislead us intentionally. -When returning to the dealership the next day, delays continued for no apparent reason. We were told we would be able to get this done very quickly in the morning, which turned out to be false. The individuals were busy dealing with other customers, even though we stayed the night just to finish the deal. -The handling of the title was a complete mess. We were told we would have to go to the BMV to complete the title transfer. The BMV was stunned by the way the title and platting was handled and told us that it was completely wrong. We finally got the details cleared up after major headaches and a couple trips to the BMV. To make matters worse, the dealership didn't even understand what they did when transferring the plate and thought we had a temporary plate. We didn't, so they continued to advise us incorrectly. This is just another case of more misinformation and confusion. I can see that Yelp suppressing negative opinions of this business. Look at the reviews that aren't recommended and you'll see many other cases of poor customer service. Don't just look at the 4 positive reviews that Yelp is showing. This is not an isolated case and it's difficult to imagine that it would be based on our experience.

How often can you write great things about a car dealership or its salesmen? Your life will change with the honesty and forthright way that Romain deals with you as a customer. Previous experiences from other places left you feeling like you were not being told the whole truth. That will disappear when you walk into Romain. We dealt with Rodney Filbert and he was fabulous. Professional, personable and knowledgable about cars, he is the one to deal with. Give him specifics or just general info about your budget and style of car and he will be able to set you up right. All the salesmen should be like him. Another great thing bout Romain is the after-service. You get free car washes, a clean well lit waiting room with snacks while you get the car serviced and other nice perks when you buy from them. If you are looking for a car and want great customer service, this is the place.

We were in Evansville visiting our son & his family. We decided to look at cars while we were there. Romain was the last dealer we went to apparently we saved the best for last. We came to look at used cars, but the deals were great & we bought a new car. Christian was great start to finish. He took the time to show me everything in the car,(not that I remembered everything lol) but I appreciated everything he did. They also kept my grandson busy he was pretty bored with our car shopping. We are happy with our GMC Terrain,& glad we decided to look at Romain.
