I had a great experience recently purchasing a vehicle here. It was quick and easy and very professional. John was very friendly and efficient. He made this purchase go smoothly and agreeable to both parties. Actually, every person I encountered was pleasant and social towards me. Bob, Nick and Travis were all nice men who know how to do their jobs. I'd recommend the dealership and John very highly. You will get the deal you want.

My girlfriend bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from them 2 days ago. Obviously we paid a pretty penny. While negotiating the deal, our only stipulations on buying it were that we wanted it detailed thoroughly as it had quite a bit of dog hair between the seats, and we wanted it delivered the next day due to buying it in the late evening. We were assured it would be detailed as we asked. The next afternoon it was delivered as planned, but after the delivery guys left we examined it and the vehicle had not been touched from the night before. It was still dirty and full of dog hair. The response was we will tell the manager. We live almost an hour away so bringing it back doesn't work. A dealership's word and integrity should be the number one thing they try to uphold. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed at spending this much money and getting no better than that. What should have been an enjoyable process turned into frustration.

Passing through on a Sunday just to scope the new Subaru Forester. There was 3 on the entire lot and all base trim. Too many Outbacks and Ascents. Not impressed with the selection I saw.

I'll tell you what I am a young 70 year's old we got a 2017 Subaru legacy from her mom my wife's mom her mom just bought it and broke her knees so she give it to us I have never had a brand new car before or even your own daughter she's never owned a new car I would never buy nothing but a Subaru and Roman Subaru dealership they make you family I'm telling you I'm not exaggerating I've never been to a place of a of a beautiful place like that dealership it was wonderful for

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!
I purchased a used truck from them ant the end of February 2024 and have yet to receive my title from it. It is now May 23, 2024. I was supposed to have put plates on my truck by April 14,2024 but am unable to do anything due to them unable and at this point unwilling to get me the title. At this point they are not returning my phone calls anymore. Would definitely not shop here again.
Update: I finally got a call back after I posted this. They still don’t have or can provide me my title. Someone filled out the paperwork wrong and the title has been sent to the original owner and they are now waiting on the original owner to just find and bring them the title. It’s been 86 days since I bought the truck and so far all I have been doing is paying on a truck for someone else.

Transparency is clearly not a priority at this dealership. When buying a car, trust and communication are crucial; you need all the information upfront to make an informed decision. My experience with Romain Auto Park showed a lack of these values. My salesperson, Tony Blondin, stopped responding to my emails midway through our discussions. Despite this, I booked an appointment to test drive a specific car. Upon arrival, I was informed by Nick Payne that the car was with another customer. This wasted our time as we had driven from Henderson.
We returned the next day, and Malcolm Cook allowed us to test drive the car. We loved it and began the financing process. After waiting for about 30 minutes, Malcolm said the approval would likely not happen that day. He promised to hold the car and update me the next day, but I received no update despite multiple messages. Three days later, I was informed the car was sold, yet it remained in their inventory.
It felt like the car was being reserved for someone else, possibly a personal friend of theirs. If that was the case, they should have just been honest about it. This experience has shown me that this dealership values nepotism and profit over customer service and transparency.
EDIT: After reviewing the owner's response, I have a few points to add. The facts are:
- The dealership was not prepared for my scheduled test drive and vehicle viewing.
- My questions went unanswered for days.
- You "sold" the car after promising to hold it while waiting for approval, yet it still appears in your inventory.
- I was never informed of a credit denial; this is the first time I'm hearing about it, and it's from a review response.
- Nobody reached out to me, and I was ignored at every step.
In retrospect, this wasn't a case of miscommunication; it was a complete lack of communication.

We were treated like royalty and they explained everything they did to correct the "Power Steering Assist is Reduced, Drive with Care" message displayed on console screen PLUS they even washed and cleaned the car from top to bottom. WOW Wish I could get the windshield that clean!!!! Debbie Richardt
