We had a great experience. The saleswoman was very pleasant and attentive. It wasn't easy to get the fit right because of serious bunions, but she patiently kept trying until she found the perfect fit.

I needed insoles for work due to my feet hurting. went to this place and not only did they cost 60$ for a pair they tore apart and made felt a lot worse. would have rathered walked on my bear feet

My wife and I went in just looking for ideas for diabetic shoes. The woman we spoke with was utterly rude, and she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. I would not recommend them if my life depended on it, and I am NEVER stepping foot in that place again. EVER!

I suffer from plantar fascititis severely! I finally mad it to Evansville, and they fixed me up with some insoles!I bought 2 pairs. 2 days later, I took my husband in there and we got him 2 pairs of insoles. We will be return customers!!Very helpful.

We needed new shoes for my elderly husband. We have paid upwards of $300.00 for otherodics and he was still not walking correctly. Riecken's measured his foot, found out his old shoes were 1.5 sizes to large and his shoes offered no support. We got new shoes, and inserts and he is walking better, plus since he shuffles his feet got a sole better suited for him. He is thrilled. I showed the lady my foot. Evidently I have a bunion causing my big toe to lay over the next toe. So I got a sock like thing that protects the bunion and keeps my toes separated. Now I am happy also. The service was excellent. Not all that much more expensive than any good pair of shoes.

I made a special trip to Evansville on Sunday because the website said they were open. Got here to locked doors and typed out paper saying closed on Sunday. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON WEBSITE!!!!!

I had bought my grandson a pair of New balance sandal shoes he wore them for one month and since they were brand name and from a reputable shoe store I thought they would be a good product. Nevertheless the soles of the shoes came apart. I am not happy with them or the store. Why would I keep my receipt so I called and told them about it and they refused to take the shoes back without a receipt so I will not be purchasing from them.

Absolutely the best! I have been to podiatrist and rehab..and finally Alexandria at Riecken's! I see the light at the end of the tunnel!! I walked out of there feeling better than I have in months!!
