update: I decided to try staying here again but i’m lowering my review to a 1 star due to flea or bed bugs??? i’m not sure which ones. I stayed in two different rooms and both had me left with bite marks. I checked out at 2:00 am cause I couldn’t bare feeling itchy for another second. When I talked to the front desk she didn’t offer anything like a partial discount or even an apology for my stay. I’ll be awaiting a call from the manager hopefully to get a refund. Luckily the Double Tree 10 mins away had availability. I even tried their “purified” room which just includes an air purifier but it doesn’t do anything if you don’t disinfect your sheets. My sheets had obvious dog hairs from previous guests and when I took them off to inspect further there was THICK human hair all over the bed. I don’t recommend staying here. pics of my bite marks from WHATEVER bugs are attached.Pretty nice hotel for an extended stay. I have been traveling back and forth for work for a month and its nice to have a full size kitchen and not eat junk food all day.The front desk is very nice and helpful. In the morning I would always get a coffee from the complimentary breakfast, and the workers very nice. The suite is basically a small apartment. Has a full sized kitchen with a microwave, small stove, full sized fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Includes kitchenware, pots, pans, etc. They do give you complimentary srubdaddy and soap for your dishes. No complaints with kitchen other than the lighting. Wish there was more light in that area. The TV in the living room area did not work. I attempted to connect my firestick to try to watch some TV but all I got was static. TV in bedroom worked just fine. Its clean, but if you are sensitive to pet hair be diligent. The back of the bed did have pet hair from previous guests (I am assuming because I brought no pets) and I had some allergies due to my stay. The walls are very thin. I was staying next to a family with small children and I could hear them screaming, crying, hitting the walls etc in the middle of the night. I did request for a room in a corner for my future stays due to me sleeping early for work and not being able to due to kids.

The hotel Marriott forgot..... we were not even guests here. We were visiting family, and from what we experienced from a facility standpoint, it was a disappointment. The staff was good when we had to interact with them, but the rooms were nice suites but heavily dated and were in need of several repairs.

Very nice hotel and staff. The room was clean and offered plenty of towels. The shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. However, our room smelled like marinara sauce our whole stay (4 days).Rooms: Room was spacious and offered a full sized kitchen with dishwasher.

The outside looks rundown....but I actually enjoyed my stay. The room was clean! The staff was sooooo nice!!! They have weekly barbecues outside for the guests....hotdogs & hamburgers. I really enjoyed that. Also...the breakfast buffet was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean. Friendly staff. No issues whatsoever. It’s located in a complex with other hotels, restaurants, etc. There’s a lake with a walking path that winds around it. There are also wide open grassy areas all around. We had our dog with us and it was a great place for her to have walking options. Great experience!

I enjoyed staying here as a travel nurse. Cleaning is decent other than dusty baseboards and a sub par cleaned shower room is good comfortable bed and pillows along with a friendly staff. Breakfast usually ran by sweet older lady who is super nice and always on top of making sure everything is clean and stocked. What I enjoyed most about it is in the suite you have a separate room far away from the door which keeps noise down. Also enjoyed a kitchen with a stove and full size fridge.

I had begun to lose hope in finding a great hotel in Evansville but this Residence Inn is it. The staff that I have seen were very nice. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is probably the best Marriott breakfast I’ve had in a while. They even had veggie sausage! There is a cooktop in the room if you like to cook but no oven in case someone was wondering. Not a problem for me but I like to know in case I am feeling creative and want to bake. The laundry room is clean and as of today it was 1.50 per load and then the same for drying. I will definitely come back when in town.

Update 2022: stayed there a second time recently and the staff was really great. So nice and accommodating! Always very friendly. They gave me a goodie bag upon check in and always provided me with free bottled water when I asked. Good free hot breakfast. The room was spacious like most residence inns. Our cat was comfortable. I've had a lot of bad service since the start of the pandemic so this hotel was a breath of fresh air :)Review from 2019: Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. It's a fine enough hotel.

Best residence I’ve been in a while! Plus there’s a nice public lake across the way you can walk around or fish and a few restaurants to enjoy also in walking distance. Breakfast was on point. Definitely stay here again if I’m in Evansville. Keep up the good work!

Hotel staff was kind but I did not make it through the night. There was a weird smell in the room which should’ve been the first red flag because there were bed bugs! The staff offered me another room however I was just too uncomfortable. I appreciate that they did not charge me!

Staff were awesome! Cassie was very welcoming and friendly. Betty kept the breakfast bar clean and warm. My only complaint about the room was that the kitchen had very little light. I had to use my phone flashlight to see.

I do not know where to begin! The most amazing place I've ever stayed! Clean, efficient, all needs absolutely met! To top that off, the staff is incredible polite and professional! Wonderfully fulfilling breakfast! Honestly, the nicest people I've ever met! It's located perfectly! Directly across from it is a beautiful lake with a walkway completely around it! It's nestled away from the Highway and very close to any medical need you might have! Amazingly pleasurable stay! I will never go anywhere else!

The pool and hot tub were closed for several days of a 13 night stay in one bedroom suite. Nice layout. Only pool open for remainder of stay. Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast got boring and only changed out breakfast meat offered. Room had some questionable stains on the sofa and the sofa bed had lots of crumbs and food bits left on carpet after opening and closing. Full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen. Loudest a/c we have ever had to listen to and was only drowned out by dishwasher running or the garbage disposal. Lots of dogs on every floor some trying to come through the door when house cleaning knocked and when going out for walks. One room had 4 large dogs staying with owner. All barking and aggressive dogs.

I had a great experience. I had the suite with the kitchen. It had all the necessities. The staff was very pleasant. Also great options for the complimentary breakfast. They offered eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, and premade sandwiches. Parking was free as well. It's a pond across the street that is nice walking/running.

Stayed here multiple times before I told myself that I needed to try something else... beds really are bad! Tried Courtyard next door, no better at all, bad beds and it was yellow walls and yellow light bulbs.... Just a down feeling. I travel here for business, if you need to stay in this area, stay at Townhouse Suites in Newburgh. (5min away)
