RAS deserves zero stars. They were supposed to deliver me a refrigerator I ordered from Home Depot. A lady from RAS called the day of delivery and said they would have to reschedule because they didn't have enough employees come into work that day. WTH? This delivery was rescheduled 3 more times by RAS and they didnt show up any of those days. Home Depot couldn't get through to them because they did not answer their phone. Home Depot told me that in their system RAS had put that they attempted delivery which they did not. Home Depot said that RAS probably did that so it would leave RAS system and they wouldn't have to worry about delivering the refrigerator. It's a shame that a incompetent poorly run delivery company like that is delivering for Home Depot. Home Depot pretty much told me that they have to take what they can get because it only gets worse. Worse than RAS? I don't believe that. So after waiting 5 weeks Home Depot gave me my money back and they also gave me a gift card for all the trouble RAS caused in this situation. I will not purchase any appliance that I know RAS will be the delivery company. RAS is worse of the worse.
