This place came highly recommended from a reliable source. My first interaction was great. Got an appointment made for about 9 days out. When I called back to verify my appointment and get the details lined out, there was no record of the guy making my appointment. All of this after my insurance company had already made a 2 party check to me and them. Huge inconvenience since I've been with out my car for over a month. When I ask them how they made that mistake the desk guy got rude telling me to call someone else? I understand no man likes to be told that he just made a mistake. In business however you leave your feminine feelings at the door and own your wrong doings. Extremely disappointed in the way they conducted themselves and will NEVER be using them or recommending them.

These folks were excellent, reasonably priced and quick.
Pretty simple concept, make a quality repair at a reasonable price and people will come back.

We were on a family vacation when our truck started to overheat with 2 little ones. We were in another state and trying to get home. Quality Automotive was booked on a Friday but was able to work us in and replaced the radiator. We showed up right before noon and was back on the road by 4. We could not be happier with the service, the friendliness, and their understanding.

These guys are Great, honest, local businesses.
Took my Jeep to get the air conditioner door under the dash fixed.
They were unable to get it repaired.
Did not charge me for their time, even though I offered to pay them several times.
I will be back for an oil change!
Billy (I believe that was his name) was very kind and caring .

These guys are the way to go! Quality was recommended to me by a friend, as I had an ongoing issue with oil leaking from my car, which had been caused by another local shop. They promptly diagnosed, quoted, and fixed my car the same day. More recently, my window would not roll up and I promptly called first thing on a Monday and they had my car diagnosed, quoted, and repaired the same day. Due to this, I will continue to take my vehicle there for future repairs, along with general maintenance. I cannot recommend Quality enough for their superior service and honest pricing.
