The guys working were rude right off the jump. Soon as my family and myself walked into the store, he told us it’s gonna be a while! When ask how long cause we wasn’t from there. He just looked and said a while smh. Give someone a time frame at least. I don’t mind waiting for a little bit, but the way he come off just didn’t sit right with me. Get it together!!!

Our 9-year-old purchased a helmet with some money he received for the holiday’s via the store’s SidelineSwap channel, ‘bb_moresports.’ The item was as advertised, however, the helmet was too large. We requested a refund and even offered to pay for shipping to return it. At first, the seller tried to act like our only option was to go through SidelineSwap for a return. Then, when confronted with the fact that SidelineSwap sellers could accept returns at their own discretion, and that the actual online store policy offers 7day returns, the seller refused to accept the return because it was “as advertised.” Essentially, the Play It Again Sports Evansville, Indiana store, a corporate entity, used SidelineSwap to circumvent its own store policy, and steam roll a 9yo during the holiday season.
