Was so pleased with the quality of service I brought my Dad’s phone in for a new battery. Service was as good as the first time.Ben was extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my older iPhone. Wants to charge to fix my phone after they repaired it with faulty equipment. You would think if the equipment they provided is faulty and damaging the phone it would exclude the 120 day warranty phase but guess not. Have bought a lot of accessories and what not from there but after this I won't be returning.

I have a 4 year old iPhone 7 that needed battery replacement. After looking at authorized service options, I called Phone Todd west. He had a battery, and nobody waiting ahead of me for service and was able to do the replacement quickly. It did take an extra 40 minutes to charge enough to do function checks, but for $40.00 bucks it was reasonable. After reading the other review, I had some reservations, so we'll see how long this new battery lasts. I can always go to the authorized service center in the future, but their rating was poor. It probably depends on the technician doing the work on repair and service quality. So far, very pleased with Phone Todd's work. If I get another year out of this battery, it will be worth it to do it again rather than get a new phone and I like the series 7 as it does everything I need.

Had my iPhone battery replaced here. After a few weeks it would no longer charge. Took it back to the store under warranty but was told it was now the connector that wouldn't allow the battery to receive a charge and they wouldn't replace the battery but would fix the new problem for "maybe $100". Waste of money doing business with them. They can just make up any excuse to not replace their bad battery.

The customer service here is unrivaled! The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of. I was impressed at the honesty presented by the staff members who would rather me know the best options for my phone repair than to sell me an unnecessary service. I would recommend their service to my kids, grandparents, and anyone else I cherish.
