I was five minutes late to wash my dog at the First Ave. store. It may be posted on the little chalk sign that dog washing ends at 7:30PM but it’s not posted very clearly. I have been coming here for years and never even saw it. It is fully apparent that staff was a lot more interested in getting out as early as possible and not customer service.

Purchased a cockatiel on April 1st 2022 and it died on April 5th 2022. They do not offer guarantees on animals over $200. When I contacted them they did not offer to compensate me in any way! Petsmart offers a 14 day guarantee on all animals. Guess I will go there from now on! They should be ashamed of this policy!

Absolute WORST!!! Went to west side location for a filter for an aquarium. There were 7 employees gathered at the back and no one offered to help etc. just looking at phones etc. I had to interrupt for assistance. The young man who helped was obviously new and did the best he could. Went to the front to pay- male employee leaning over counter on phone - seemed miffed I interrupted his online session to ring me up. Won’t be back. I know it’s hard to find good employees but it starts with a good manager and wasn’t one to be found.

They are the only ones who carry ProPlan treats. Made here in Evansville and the only treats my fur babes get besides home made.

Great store with great supplies for pets! I LOVE this store and being able to get everything I need for my pets in one stop! PLUS, it's local! Can't beat that!!!!!!! :)
