Made an appointment for new tires. Was quoted a price on phone and when the service was done it was $100 cheaper. I was supposed to have new tpms installed on each tire. The work was not performed.

The was my first and last visit to Pep Boys. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and state the specific problem with my vehicle (the driver side window was stuck down.) However when I arrived for my appointment, it's like I did not even make an appointment or provide information about my car and the problem. I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours until they could look at my car. I stated I had an appointment and was told it didn't matter. I waited there as I stated I would to be told a couple of hours later that my car couldn't be fixed due to the parts not being available for the age of my car. The problem and age of the car was provided in the appointment information. I was not advised of the fee to have the problem looked at although did expect to pay something. A waste of three and a half hours of my life and $65 and the window is still down. I said I understood about the motor and regulator and asked if they could just put the window back up. I was told "not without a new door panel and I would have to find one.The customer lounge was pretty bare bones.

Had a slight oil leak on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and took it to Pep Boys. They said nothing was wrong. A day or two later, I noticed that I still had an oil leak. I could be driving, and my car would just shut down. I made an appt and went to Expressway Service Center. They found that my jeep had the wrong oil filter on it, and that was causing the problem. So they put the correct one on it and no more problems. To say I am mad would be an understatement. Pep Boys never took responsibility for their mistake, and that made me just as mad as them missing the wrong filter.

Put a new front end on my 2012 Ford Transit having finished I went to pep boys for tires and a front end alignment. Pep boy put the tires on but then told they couldn't do the alignment because the tie rod were rusted on. If I wanted the alignment I would to pay another 1000 dollars to replace the tie rod. I told the woman behind the counter they were lier's having put new tie rods on . She got angry with me and band me from the store. I called there corporate office and complained.they to a report and was supposed to get back with me in 2 or 3 days. That was over week ago and I've heard nothing further proof they lied I took the vehicle to Firestone the next day had the Alignment done no problem

My car was done (work done full set of tires was done great alignment and all great 5 star) and still had to wait 45 or more minutes after because he (Oscar) kept putting people in front of me even the ones coming in after me. I already paid for the full set of tires online and bought the little extra stuff and I called and confirmed if everything was included in price after I placed it I was told everything was paid and I just needed to provide my receipt and card I paid with. Which I did. Then he tried to make me pay full price again after I should him proof of payment. Over all I still had to pay like 11 dollar difference which when I called and confirmed I was told all was paid just needed to show proof which I did. All and all someone lied to me which I didn't appreciate at all.

I had brake issues and poor/worn rotors. They helped me get everything fixed, and even called my warranty provider to work with them to make sure it was all covered before they began work. Oscar (rep in the service area) was so kind and helpful!!

I scheduled a 4 tire replacement at 6:00pm one night and was able to get my son in at 9:00 the next morning. Tires are great and the price was the best in the area... we researched!10/10 Do recommend

I made an appointment 3-4 days earlier to have a tire air pressure sensor replaced. After waiting over an hour I was told their sensor wouldn’t work. I was mad they had time to get correct one but did not. Waste of my time!

I made my appointment on-line and the technician started working on my truck on time and completed the work quickly. I was in and then out on a very timely schedule. Good job!

I was traveling through Evansville and got a flat tire. I was stressed out and tired. The staff at Pep Boys was extremely efficient, professional and friendly! Thank you soooooooo much for turning a "bad day" into a win! You are amazing!!

Had my vehicle towed to shop, returned home just had enough time to fix a cup of coffee and my phone rang pep voy calling to let me know my repairs were done and vehicle was ready for pickup.
