Zi was absolutely fantastic! I've frequented this store before and have had a good experience but this time around I had an unbelievably amazing experience. They went above and beyond and I had so much fun getting to try some GORGEOUS gowns on, and I truly fell in love with the dress we went home with and I would highly recommend anyone to come and purchase their next event wear ?

Best experience! They made not only her feel like she was their top priority but her friend and I too! Snacks and drinks provided. The manager was also right where we needed her helping with shoes, ear rings, zipping dressed, bringing more dresses to try! Amazing selection, so many colors and styles to choose from.

This was our 3rd shopping experience at Paparazzi. We purchased my daughters sophmore homecoming dress from there a few years back and we were pleasantly surprised to find that shoes and jewelry were included with full priced dresses! We knew we'd be back! Last year we went for her Junior Prom and found the perfect dress, it had some issues but was priced accordingly and they made sure that we were aware. This year, for senior Prom we had just as great of an experience! We've been when they're busy, and when they're not. We've had to wait for a fitting room. But we have always had excellent, down to earth customer service.... Without feeling pressured to buy. They have always helped with shoes and jewelry selection to help match our dresses once we have selected one. Each time has been different but enjoyable! The prices can vary. But we save accordingly because she is our only daughter! The size selection is wonderful! It's really hard to find somewhere that sells formal dresses for prom/homecoming/winter ball for these young girls in sizes all the way from 0 to 30! No girl should be made to feel like because a store doesn't carry bigger than a 12, that there is something wrong with them! My biggest concern has always been making sure that these were great experiences for my daughter. We have been very happy each time! Thank you for having a dress shop for young girls, who aren't just toothpicks, girls with curves, and girls without feel happy and comfortable to come and make some of their most memorable moments! ♡

We are conservative and had tried several stores that didn't offer anything that was appropriate for my daughter to wear. Camille helped us from the time we walked in and was the best associate I could see. She was able to give us ideas and helpful. We found a dress that didn't have slits, cutouts, low chest, or too tight. I am thankful they had options for us. They also give free shoes and assessories with full purchase item, however I didn't see many dresses that were at regular prices under $350.The store was clean and well stocked. Dresses can also be ordered in different sizes and colors. They don't do altercations in-house, and all items are non-refundable. Overall, I would come back and ask for Camille.

If I could give them 100 stars I would! My momma heart was exploding for my senior daughter... the girls working were AMAZING to her and made her feel like a princess. It was the BEST experience for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Anaii, you were magic! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

This was daughter's first real formal shopping experience. We worked with Gretchen. Not only was she helpful, but all the other store employees made this experience special for her! I can't say enough about the employees and help we received! Just so gracious and as helpful as can be. What makes this place so special is even the employees are around the same age or a little older than my daughter and understand teens! That goes a long way for this mom! We also found this dress on the $99 rack! You can get shoes, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and chokers for any occasion and in lots of great colors! You can get a free piece of jewelry and pair of shoes when you buy regular priced dresses which is a bargain. With ours, it was clearance and you can still get clearance shoes, but not a lot of variety in the clearance for the bigger sized girls. The store even got a little busy after we got there and my daughter still got plenty of help, even with a try on having a zipper get stuck. I wish the formals had better zippers! I highly recommend this store for teens! It is like a bridal shop, but for teens! Anyone can go here, but they really specialize in teens! Even if you have to buy shoes and accessories, very reasonably priced. Jewelry runs $25 a piece and regularly priced shoes run $70. You do have to sign a disclaimer saying the purchase is yours with no returns, exchanges or any liability for the store, but I can understand that with people these days wearing dresses once and returning them! The store was clean and very nice! Loved the huge mirror in the dressing room area for my daughter to feel special! They even have a dressor with mirror by the necklaces so you can see everything together. Even the earrings you get to try on before you buy! Only suggestions I would have, would be to try and get more selections in the clearance room because not everyone just for a winter formal can afford $200 plus for dresses and accessories. Get maybe a little more for sizes 20 or higher on dresses, and on shoes size 9 or higher along with maybe wides instead of regular. Also, instead of one little circle table to display clearance shoes, have a wall set up like the regular priced shoe wall so you can see all clearance offered. Also more flats and thicker pumps would be nice too. Then if you are getting a clearance dress, which there is a reason most people get the clearance, if they can't find the free pair of shoes in the clearance, maybe offer two or three free accessories in jewelry to make up for not finding the free shoes and to really go on the specials you advertise. That alone even getting clearance for me as a mom on a budget, would make a difference. All together though, perfect dress, great accessories and shoes with sparkle we spent $234.33 after tax! These days that isn't too bad. Will definitely go here 1st for future needs! The dress can even be worn again! Thank you Paparazzi for making my daughter feel like princess!

Perfect experience! I went in with some what of a style I knew I wanted and when I decided to switch things up Carly and Maddie were able to find the perfect gowns for me to try on. Carly really heard me and my wants, hopes, and dreams for my wedding day and when I tell you she delivered... Whew!!! She DELIVERED!! I am completely in love with my dress and my confidence was through the roof. I can not say enough from our greeting with mimosas to the end where I found my dream dress, the day was a fairy tale come true. Rose and Bliss is a great company and ask for Carly when you check it out. Her years of experience made my dreams come true and helped me make rough decision how what truly felt like my dress.

Jillian was a LIFESAVER! Day of prom we called for a matching bow tie to the dress. Not only did she find the perfect (and not easy to match tie) she found a full set tie suspenders and pocket! She pulled it with our names on it at the register and prom was saved! Amazing service!

The staff members are nice and helpful.But the dresses are not worth what they are charging for them. My daughters gown the gems fall off every time you look at the dress!!! The material is so cheap it’s easy to tear. Sadly since the bottom has been hemmed I can’t even return it. 700+ dollars for a dress I absolutely expect better quality! 75$ for a Windsor dress doesn’t fall apart as easily!! 53$ for a Shein dress and the quality is better.In response to owners reply, no my daughter hasn’t actually even wore the dress yet. She has only tried it on for hemming. And yes it appeared in “excellent” condition upon purchase, however things can always look amazing. But quality and appearance don’t necessarily go hand in hand. A dress shouldn’t start falling apart because it had been put on and taken off a few times. If she had spent a whole night in the dress I’d had assumed she was careless, however she hasn’t worn the dress to any even as of yet!

I was looking for somewhere to take my daughter to look for a prom dress & she's not a tiny girl. She's also not a huge girl either. However, most stores cater to the TINY girl. This place had reviews saying otherwise so we took a chance, drove 1.5 hours one way & went. We are SOOOO GLAD WE DID!!! The staff were Excellent!! Kind, courteous, friendly, helpful & ready to give advice or opinions if you ASKED, but NEVER made you feel pressured, d**** anything. They had a wonderful assortment of styles, sizes, colors & prices to fit all girls, all prices. In the end, we found the coveted dress & my daughter found her confidence with some wonderful help & guidance by Riley. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We WILL be back next year!!❤️
