Wait time in the drive thru is lengthy, but the staff is great.Mrs. Bradford helped me out when I was having issues with my account. She was kind and caring. There was also a teller with dark hair that was very kind too.

I am the only car in drive-through and I put my deposit in the tube and send it. Four minutes later I get no response that they had received it or welcome to you old national bank or any other greeting so I press the call button. A nice gentleman comes on the phone and tells me that they are working inside as well. Not sure what happened to customer service but when someone walks into my business I acknowledge them and welcome them to my business no matter how busy I am. Employment really must be tough if they’re that short staffed.

I live in Springfield missouri. We had issues with a title for a car .I called up to the bank and Karen Alvey spent all afternoon going out of her way to help me after multiple people working at the other branches said no. She is an amazing asset to the team here and really went above and beyond what she had to. I live three states away and she still treated me like an everyday customer. Thank you so much. She deserves a promotion for sure.

Most outrageous banking experience I've ever had folks. I went to withdraw the 6k that was left in my account and got treated like a criminal. No banks has the right to question why you're withdrawing your money or what you're doing with YOUR money. No bank has the right to impede their customers from accessing their money -- especially at a time like this. You wanna file an SAR (suspicious activity report) that's fine, have at it. But don't presume you have the authority or right to question undermine or interrogate unsatisfied customers who wish to close their accounts with your institution. Check yourselves.

This bank is really awful. Keep changing me without any notification. I can not image what will happen if I never login my account , maybe I own the bank thousands dollars. And I can't not cancel my account since I don't live Evansville any more. Oh my gosh, I can say that this is the worst bank in the world !!!
