Manager needs to read up on their policy has no idea what it is ... But there is a reason why this branch has a bunch of 1 star reviews and the others dont ...green river road excellent service

This bank is a joke. Funds that I have deposited go missing from my account about 1/2 the time. Definitely switching banks to a company that can actually do what a bank is supposed to do.
