SHARON is beyond rude and has zero customer service. Had the audacity to be rushing me with zero customers in the bank. You can always tell when people are miserable within themselves. May she continue to have the day that she deserves. The sun is shining bright on this end. Lol I will NEVER step foot into this location again.

I have had a good experience with the ONB. They are faster and most of the employees are polite. I personally recommend Bryan Koressel (hope I'm not misspelling). My experience with them was for my Student checking account.

Best bank ever never been treated poorly! The lady at the counter gave me an inviting warm welcome. I was going to pay my rent and stayed at the location because they treated me like I belonged:)

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. From the moment I walked in, I was looked at as if I didn't belong there. Ended up having to go to another location to pay my rent, cause I couldn't stand the look I was given by the lady at the counter. She had a very snooty tone and basically treated me like an idiot.

Go to a credit union who isn't interested in collecting fee's from you and charging you for minimum account balances.
