Let me start out by saying that this review is directed at Kellie S. Hanson “DVM”. Not Julie or the rest of the staff. Kellie was the biggest disappointment. Not personable in the slightest. I came home for lunch to see my cat on my front door step in agony. I discovered he was punctured in his side and bleeding. That’s when I quickly spoke with the receptionist (Very kind and genuine lady. The only person that made it positive) and she advised to bring him there immediately. I arrived and she quickly got my pet to a room. All unprofessional from that point moving forward. I could tell from Ms. Hanson that she was eager to get my pet out. She didn’t show any empathy or even the slightest of sympathy towards the situation. Not personal, not friendly. It was like my pet and I were an inconvenience and waste of her time. I then paid my $110 for my pets medicine and quickly left. Ms. Hanson is exactly what the pet community doesn’t need.

Absolutely phenomenal veterinary practice. They have treated our family's fur babies for over 20 years with kindness and compassion. Dr. Kellie, Dr. Julie, and their staff are professional, knowledgeable, and fun. My dogs love going there --they start whining and singing in excitement when we're four blocks away. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in the best care for their pets.

My fur babies love everyone their. They especially with my very reactive dog. She doesn't like anyone but does really well with everyone at Oak Hill

We love Oakhill Animal Hospital! We adopted our girl from a rescue and quickly realized she suffers from extreme anxiety and OCD behaviors. They were able to help her and we couldn’t be more grateful! The Vet and staff there have always been so caring and friendly, even when we have to come in for check ups and she’s barking the entire time from being so anxious. ❤️ ?

We have taken our dogs here for 16 years. They are true professionals and yet they are very caring. They have been there from puppy stage for our four dogs, through the painful decision for our girl three years ago. I have nothing but praise for the treatment that our pets have received from Dr Kelly and Dr Julie.
