I had the best experience in getting my power chair. They (Shelby) took care of everything with my insurance company making the process easy for me. Customer service was excellent both in home and over the phone.

My son needed a special piece put on his wheelchair when he got it from here. It has been taken in twice and left to be fixed. But never is. It has been probably close to a year. They won’t fix it. He can barely use it. We have bought another one for him to use that’s not nearly as nice. I would never buy anything from here unless it is 100% ready to go.

The service we received from NSM was excellent and beyond what one would reasonably expect. I feel like Shelby and his team took the time to know my husband and learn his needs. They were very knowledgeable about the products available and were also very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance to get what we needed in a very reasonable and efficient time frame. I highly recommend National Seating and Mobility to anyone in need!

The "Haven Bed" that this wonderful company set us up with is just great. We were expertly led through the process for getting the needed approvals, and actual bed options available to us. We are very happy with the bed, and the experience dealing with National Seating and Mobility.

Shelby Bass made my experience amazing. It’s not the easiest thing to go through in life - needing a wheelchair. Two strokes changed my life and gave me a new normal. Shelby made that as pleasant as it can be. He’s hilarious too! The only reason I didn’t cry when it was delivered is because he kept me laughing. We need more Shelby in the world.

I’ve had several physical therapists and local equipment suppliers recommend Shelby at National Seat and Mobility as the “ go to guy” for a powered wheelchair. Shelby worked with our physical therapy group to spec out a powered wheelchair and submit to Medicare. We just took delivery of our new powered wheelchair and are impressed with the fit and function of the powered chair. Approval from Medicare and our supplemental coverage was smooth. We highly recommend Shelby as he knows how to spec and fit a wheelchair and works closely with physical therapists to coordinate insurance claim submital.

Shelby from Natiinal Seating and Mobility went above and beyond in helping my mom getting a new power wheelchair. Shelby is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Shelby worked with the physical therapist getting all the information needed to help with Medicare. He helped me with getting the carrier for the back of the car. We are forever grateful for him! I’ve had nothing but a great experience with both getting my custom chair ordered as well as fixing any issues with it! Shelby has been extremely helpful, always willing to help with any issues or questions, and has always made sure I’m comfortable in my chair . Zero complaints about my experience, but lots of positive things to say!

First I want to say Shelby Bass has been amazing helping me through the process of getting my first electric wheelchair. With that being said I find it completely unacceptable as a paraplegic when I visited there facility to be measured for my chair that I had to go through and around giant potholes. Luckily my wife was there to help me get through there but if I had been by myself I could not have made it in the building. I hope in the future this problem is fixed.***UPDATE February 2022***I just wanted to update this review to reflect the changes National Seating & Mobility has made since I made this post. They have moved locations to 4226 Vogel Rd, Evansville, IN 47715 now and it’s awesome!! NO MORE POTHOLES!!!I had no issues first finding there new location and the parking lot is in great condition with plenty of parking for handicap vans or cars. Thank You guys for making it so much easier to get in the office now!!!
