“I mean this with all due respect - but you don’t often see wireless carrier stores with good reviews! Well this one earns it- relatively quick (things still take time but the people go between the tech as quickly as possible). Friendly people and knowledgeable staff. Getting an appointment is a good idea but we were able to walk in with no issues. I got my FIL a new 16e for $2 a month plus tax… no gimmicks- he walked out with a new phone for next to nothing on our existing lines. Great place.”

“We mostly worked with Austin to order and subsequently activate new phones. He was incredibly helpful, genuine and knowledgeable. Ginny and Josey also helped us in one way or another. All three were friendly and accessible to everyone in the store, acknowledge everyone who came in but also didn't get sidetracked from the current customer. Even when they helped others while our phones did their "thing" we didn't feel forgotten. We appreciated when the store phone rang it went unanswered and their attention was not taken from the customers in the store. We left our phones while the data transferred and ran other errands. That shows the trust level they instilled - I never leave my phone!!”
“Kenny was AWESOME! He did everything we asked and answered all of our questions. He even promoted the internet service over spectrum that my sister currently has to save them money that way. He noticed sports notification on her phone and changed the TV channel to the ball game for us while we waited for our phones to do whatever magical things they have to do to switch over. He was so down to earth and straightforward. I loved Kenny and will recommend him to anyone and will request to work with him in the future! I nominate Kenny employee of the month!!!!”

“Nice (“Niece” sorry if I misspelled your name!) deserves 10 stars for her help fixing my daughter’s phone after a call center rep completely ruined our account. The call center rep caused so much damage to our account that we had to get a new phone number and almost had to get a new phone they messed it up so bad! Niece worked diligently and was so persistent and patient even though my husband was beyond fed up with the entire situation. I cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to her enough, for all she did to help us. She was also working by herself and seriously knocked it out of the park, even though she had to call the same terrible customer service call center that created the entire mess multiple times because they had the power to fix it instead of allowing in store reps the privilege to correct these types of issues themselves. That in itself was frustrating bc Nice is more knowledgeable, capable, and competent than the entire call center she spoke to. Just trying to explain to the call center what they did wrong was a task in itself. Thanks again Nice! If we would have had to talk to another call center rep we 100% would have canceled our entire account, considering they messed up porting our number (we lost a number we had for years and had to get a new one), the call center rep mailed our new phone to the wrong address and we already had spent over 6 hours on the phone with the call center reps trying to fix what they messed up, but they only wasted our time and created more issues for us to fix. These call centers are so frustrating because they do not help any situation; they only make things much much worse! Thank goodness for local workers that are knowledgeable and eager to help like Nice. It’s a bummer though that so much time is spent dealing with terrible call center reps bc metro by t mobile doesn’t want to pay Americans to work in their company’s call centers. Seems to be causing more money fixing all of the issues these reps create instead of simply paying workers here a little bit more that will get it right the first time.”

“Went to AT & T. West side Evansville. Switched our service from another carrier and got 2 new phones. Our Customer Service rep was Zach Bettag. He was very knowledgeable of the phones and walked us through the entire process. He answered all our questions and found us a great new phone plan. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“I went to the Verizon store on North Green River Road, looking at possible new phone provider . I was immediately waited on by Wylii an associate there . She helped me with details and pricing far better than any other provider, then went to the branch manager, Nate who added even more deals and yet better pricing. Wylii then worked to help setup my existing phone which I was bringing. All but one phone that my daughter had with her. So happy with my best deal and great service I left. Next day I brought my daughters phone in to have it set up and Jordan another great associate ask me as soon as I walked in how may I help you. I told him, he said Wylie was not available this morning ,however he would be glad to help. He immediately started to work with our existing phone and set up everything perfect ,showing me many different accessories on both her and my phones we didn’t know we had. I highly appreciate and recommend all three employees! They made all the difference! Thank You”

These Spectrum pros are down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and actually GET. THINGS. DONE. No runaround, no confusion — just real help from real people who know what they’re doing. They helped us with new purchases and worked their magic to get our bill lowered (which every family appreciates ?).
This is my first time using Spectrum Mobile, and so far… so good! I’m genuinely impressed with the customer service and how affordable it’s been for my family’s phones and internet. That balance of quality + price is hard to find.
