“I wish I could give them 10 stars! Shyanne was amazing. I was about to lose 5 years of precious pictures, including pictures of my late mother, after my phone crashed. My cloud wasn't backed up (lesson learned) so they would have been gone. Shyanne worked absolute miracles for me & restored everything to my new phone. Thank you isn't enough!”
“So I don't usually leave reviews but I've seen some not so nice ones and felt inclined to do so. I have no doubt the tone of the review and the context has nothing to do with the store or the employees. It's a shame we live in a tyoe of world today where people take their personal issues and take it to someone's work place and try to cause issues there. When I went there I was welcomed and helped with all my annoying questions. I'm not up to date with technology at all, I'm sure today's five year olds have more knowledge then myself. There was one guy, I think his name was Mike, Matt, something like that. He was so patient with me and helped make sure I understood the phone, the plan all of the above. If you are thinking of getting a new phone and plan, especially if you're slow like myself, ask for Matt or Mike. He was great! I def hope he gets a raise, he deserves it!”
“This is the ONLY AT&T store I will go back to. Josh is very knowledgeable and finds the best deals for everyone. There were other people in front of me, he found deals for all of them too. He is friendly and can adapt to anyone’s needs. He really seems to care about what helps us as customers and benefits our everyday lives. Having watch’s and iPads for $.99 is a great deal as well. So many people need to learn how to do their jobs from that guy!”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Burkhardt AT&T store yesterday. I went in to transfer my cell from another carrier. From the very start I was greeted by a very friendly person, I wish I could remember her name. She advised she would be glad to get my cellphone concern resolved with a service tech. After a very short wait, I met Grace, She greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly voice and asked what brought me in to see them. She listened patiently to my concerns and acknowledged she’d be glad to see how she could help me. She was very knowledgeable and informative about my iPhone. Grace is a wonderful asset to the Customer Service department and the AT&T family. .”
