I was met by Lanie who already knew exactly what I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get all my stuff transferred from my old phone. I can tell what an asset she is. It was different experience the best I'd say.

I went in like 4 to 5 days ago, was having issues with my phone network. The guy in there was very honest and respectful told me what I needed to do fix my phone. I needed up calling customer service and they issues was pretty much resolved. I would give them stars if they had it never had customer service as well as he gave. Thank you Green River Metro.

Have had nothing but terrible service, and even worse customer service. Had to go to another location to get my phone fixed at another location because the management team has no idea what they're doing, and are absolutely rude. 10/10 would not ever recommend.

We just switched to Metro last month. From day 1 we have had connection issues. Full bar of signal 5g connection and .07 kb/s download speeds. We have tried contacting the store we purchased the phones from and have been told multiple times that we would get a call back, but no one ever calls back. At first we was told we didn't have the data limit set high enough then they told us they were going to do a warranty for the phones. A month later still having issues and the store told us they are going to have to warranty the phones...again. Even though they never did the first time...Pretty cut and dry. This store has given us the runaround from day 1 but if you don't have your payment submitted before the payment date they completely shut you line off. Even if they refund us the money for the phone this has completely ruined my experience with Metro / T-Mobile and I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Tracphone gets better service than this company and that is sad to say.......

I have been a member of metro for well over 15 years be aware when wanting a extra line added to our family line they tell you you need there simes card that coast you 35 then they say you have 24 hours to pay for this line. Which was a lie. Not even 12 hours later all our family phone lines was shut off. Now this was 4 line's bills was up to date. And was heading in to pay other line they shut down all our lines. This was very inconvenient due to the fact our family is dealing with a family member dieing. An having to leave town we have to deal with inconvenient. Really people

Was forced to wear a face mask when I am exempt from wearing a face mask I have asthma and COPD and the gentleman was rude and started getting an attitude with me and not want to serve me at all told me that I have no right to be inside the building without a face mask and if I didn’t like it to take my business to another company face mask policies have been lifted as well and have no right to be forced to wear a mask since it is not a federal law

The only reason I'm giving one star is because zero isn't an option. They're unprofessional and rude. They will lie to you and go against store and company policy just to keep your money.
