Went to get sized for tuxes for my wedding and staff was so rude that I cancelled it all and am going somewhere else. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Molly is who you need to ask for when shopping. She is great at suggestions, is very patient, but most of all, is knowledgeable! She’s very pleasant, and made my experience memorable. I’ll come back just because of her.

Waited in the store for an hour in their queue to get fitted for a wedding. Was finally told they were closing due to technical issues. Would have been appreciated to tell all the customers standing in the store waiting that they were having technical issues when they arrived.

I called ahead to say I was coming in to get my tux fitted. They said come on in. 15 minutes later when I arrived they said seamstress was not in today. Pitiful customer service

WARNING..WARNING..This place is a total cluster..if you need something go somewhere else.I was lied to on multiple occasions by multiple different people if I could give less than a one star I would..I don't know how they stay open with service like I got..WARNING!!!!!

Me and my husband just walked in to the Evansville location to get some dress clothes for work and there was only one other customer in the store. We were shopping picking stuff up we wanted and nobody even asked us how we were doing. We opened the fitting rooms our selves and I even wrote my name on my board, we tried stuff on and found some shirts and a pair of dress pants we liked and we came out to look in the mirror with each thing and still no acknowledgment, we then decide if they aren’t going to help us then we aren’t buying anything and we put the stuff up. As we are literally walking out the door the girl who stayed behind the cash register then goes “are you guys doing okay”.. needless to say we spent plenty on dress clothes other places to stock up for work! Customer service was awful

Needed information about about sizing, When I called the guy who answered hung up on me twice for no reason. The customer service need to be better. I usually recommend people to go there, but after today no more recommendations.

Not impressed with the service nor rental products. There is no customer service. When you arrive, you're expected to scan a code and check in online. Never a greeting or acknowledgement from staff. For my initial fitting for a rental, the shirt I was given to try on had dark yellow/brown, greasy stains around the collar and cuffs and smelled like it hadn't been washed since the place opened. First impressions say the most. After this, the rental cost $275, so I figured it would be decent. Upon pickup, I checked in online when entering the store as requested. An hour and a half later, after my spot in line moving from 2nd to 3rd, to 4th while people came in and were helped ahead of me, I finally received my rental. Pants were 2 inches too short and the shirt was too small, particularly around the neck... possibly because the one they had me try on had been stretched by sweat and grease for years? Who knows. All I know is I will never spend $275 there again. I feel I was rented a suit that cost that much to buy. Overall terrible experience.

The service is very bad bought a shirt there and had their in store seamstress to alter it. We left for Alaska the next day. When I got the shirt out to wear to the Captains diner the shirt had one sleeve an inch shorter than the other. What made it worse was the longer sleeve was correct . Long story short went back to the store when we got home and was told sorry all they would do was refund tailor cost. This was nice but I still have a shirt that I can not wear. If you want clothes please shop anywhere but Men's Warehouse.

My husband and I went in this store to specifically buy a full weeks worth of work clothes, and have them tailored to fit. The guy there told us that their seamstress wouldn’t even be in for another hour or so. ( mind you that I called the previous day to see if we needed an appointment to get measured, and I was told no) And that the size we wanted was pretty much impossible to find. Also, that Kohl’s right next-door has the same brand that they have, and we could probably find them on sale. So with no help at all from that associate, we went next-door to Kohl’s and got all of the pants we needed. The right size. We didn’t even need to get them altered at all. So he lost that store a couple of hundred bucks because he did not want to help us.
