The worst run organization I have ever seen. They just don't care and they're jeopardizing people's health. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Can't get through the call center number and the office is locked up for only appts that I have no idea how anyone can schedule.

It has been a month since my insurance approved a wheelchair for me. I have left many messages and gone through the hospital switchboard as well. You would think knowing you have been approved for a wheelchair that it is desperately needed
