Summary: Rating 1 Star for poor service.Background Information: I am a 19-year-old college student who purchased a vehicle from Magna Motors with the scholarship funds I had received. In hopes that it would safely get me from point A to point B, I had been incorrect.Situation: I had purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Magna Motors; Terek (The gentleman who had sold me the vehicle and who assured me everything was good to go) had lied to me. After talking to Terek and expressing my belief that I didn’t want to be scammed, he assured me I was in good hands. The vehicle I had purchased had about 245,000 miles (Claimed them to be highway miles, which I naively believed because I am 19 and apparently ignorant.) and was said to be “perfectly maintained and regularly serviced.” Terek somehow “forgets” to mention that while changing the oil on the car and servicing it (Like they claim to do with every vehicle they have), they failed to see the busted CV-Joints and the rusted bottoms that are only perceptible when being lifted with a lift.This guy told me that everything was perfectly maintained and that “there is nothing wrong with this beautiful vehicle” (His exact words), and I believed it. The fact this vehicle only lasted 3-4 months before causing me to break down on the highway is absurd and simply a scam. I had tried to contact Terek after finding out that the vehicle was, in fact, not “perfectly maintained,” but he ignored my texts and calls and ghosted me. Considering the poor service I received, this review is not comparable. After having to tow my Magna Motors purchased vehicle to a workshop, I felt obligated to let everyone who was searching for vehicles in on their secret. Do not purchase from this place; they will sell you a lemon if they can. Their employees represent the scummy nature of the business itself. Do not be fooled by the exterior of their building, for it may look nice, but it is anything but. If you are desperate for a vehicle, use this as a last resort & check every box you can. They will try to make you panic into buying quicker, but don’t let them control your emotions. Research the vehicles you are looking into a lot. As I am a 19-year-old college student with no source of transportation, I am disappointed in this business, and they will never get any more transactions from my family, friends, or me.

Beware - SKETCHY sales happening! If you buy a car here, be sure and drive it off the lot because (while you think they’re prepping it for delivery) they’ll turn around and sell it to someone else “for more money” before you can return to pick it up.

My husband and I bought a 2016 suburban from Magna Motors in late Sept. By the second week of October, I noticed the vehicle sounded different when I drove it. There were no error codes to work with. Short of a brief jump in rpms upon acceleration once (that couldn't be duplicated). 3 days later the vehicle left me stranded an hour away from home when it wouldn't shift at all.It was towed to a transmission specialist. This is where I learned that the original problem was the torque converter, a much cheaper fix, btw. It had needed to be replaced long ago. Magna Motors, even If they weren't aware of losses in acceleration, would have been aware there was a problem because upon changing the transmission fluid, there would have been metal shavings clearly visible to the eye. He did stress this point, by saying the transmission fluid had been changed recently. Yes, they knew.We wound up paying over $3,000 to get our transmission rebuilt due to the damage. A torque converter would have cost about $350. Please save yourself from a similar fate and shop elsewhere. If there is a problem with the vehicle they will try to hide it, if at all possible, and pass the cost on to you.

A few years ago my car was stolen and I had just lost my job. I haven’t been able to get a replacement car for all this time.My roommate's were looking for a car and got in touch with Terek at Magna. He set them up with a brand new CX-5! They happened to mention that I needed a vehicle as well.The NEXT MORNING, I received a text from Terek stating that I needed to come to the dealership and look at this car! He said I would NOT want to miss the chance to get it. (See the photo below)Needless to say, he was right! This is a fully loaded Azera, and I could not be happier! The process was seamless the service is on time, and Terek is getting any business I can send him. This is not a high pressure sales guy, this is a nice guy that takes care of his people.This car has more features and gadgets that I am still learning new stuff about it! I had to name my car Gadget, because it just fit.You will not go wrong with Terek and Magna Motors!

Absolutely phenomenal! I was nervous and really didn't know what I was doing. But Fred at magna motors took his time and was very patient with my husband and I we drove home the same day with a new vehicle. They really worked with me to get me the absolute best deal they could. They have gained a customer for life.

NOT TO BE TRUSTEDMagna Motors inventory control is so poor, they list cars for sale that do not even exist, or have been sold weeks before. I wished to obtain a lease on Aa CX5 and was provided with a quote, including Mazda Loyalty benefits. To obtain the car they had me fill out credit applications and upload personal data, which I did to facilitate the sale. I later learn the car does not even exist, yet my credit history is charged with application and my personal documents are floating around the technosphere. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Tarek is hands down the best sales rep you could buy a car from, outstanding customer service from start to finish! He put me in a brand new cx-5. Would definitely recommend going there if you need a new or used car.

The body shop did a fantastic job repairing damage to my car. The paint looks great. Greg, Chuck, Ethan and Alex did way more than was expected. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Rebecca was very friendly and curtious when I picked up my car and paid for the repairs. I am very pleased with my experience at Magna.
