Took the truck for oil and fuel filters change on a RAM 3500. Been told they can do everything. After 2 hr for an oil change, they said they couldn't replace the fuel filters. Thanks for nothing!

Took my truck there for an oil change. When finished, it came out with a large scratch on the front fender. They refuse to take responsibility for it. Said they can't explain how it got there, I'll NEVER go there again! They sent me a video of my truck being pulled in, however there was a 30 second gap in the video, plenty of time to hide a scrape. Had oil changed again today at another facility. Lucas tech did NOT tighten the oil filter and it has been leaking all this time. Beware! These people are thieves!

Great experience! Great and relaxing atmosphere. Got oil change, differential rear flush and fill, and rotated tires. They even measured my brake pads and gave me peace of mind with that. Will continue to get my vehicle serviced here! Thank you all for the awesome service you do!

Sit waiting while they worked on the same vehicle for a hour and fifteen minutes when they finally pulled my vehicle in, they took all of fifteen minutes to finish my truck. Claimed my interior air filter was not accessible, when they have changed it before. Pretty sure they did a subpar job on my truck. This will probably be my last visit to this facility. This was not my first bad experience.
