I was able to get in and find what I needed right away. Unfortunately they only offer self-checkout and I had to wait behind several people who were not comfortable with that process.

It seemed the employees went out of their way NOT to assist us with loading heavy dry wall. Out of our list of 10 items, we found 2. Which is strange because these items should have been available.

The staff in lawn and garden tonight was super helpful and courteous. On my way to check out. I saw a Person who I thought was.
Sales employee I asked if the sold B&D weedeater? I had looked but didn't see any she told me they use to have them in the store. She said they could order one in and have it shipped to my home. I asked if I could still use my Lowe's card, and she said yes. We walked over to the customer service desk, with a smile on her face. She took care of the order, plus she offered to check out the other items in my cart. It was a pleasure to be greeted with such great customer service. It was a very positive shopping experience.
