The discount for using your charge card for the first time? It's a lie.
Out of sales items. Can't reorder, can't be shipped. Charge card gets declined just after paying off my card last month, EARLY! Just before this, they lowered my charge amount the exact month I made my first charge and never gave me the promised discount. This is after having this card nearly a year with zero charges and zero fluctuations. Nope, lost my business. Customer service is closed Via phone and CS at the store couldn't see a reason it was declined. Get your stuff straight. Horrible experience after paying cash every single time. Started going to the orange place across the street.

I wandered thru the drill section for quite a long time. I'm sure I looked as lost as I felt. Nobody ever asked me if I needed any help. In fact, I didnt even see an associate anywhere. Lowe's is always hit or miss. Either you get a helpful, knowledgable person or you get someone who is just there for a paycheck.

The store is fine, but I had a bad experience with one of their contractors. Very rude, very unprofessional, it was so bad I just canceled the door installation on the spot. Would highly advise against getting anything installed here. They don't keep appointments or care at all.

We bought a washer here about 6 months ago and Ariel helped us. She was able to answer our questions and get us the washer that fit best for us! 6 months in and the washer has been great!

Just seems like they don't care like they used to you service is gone to busy on their cell phones if I can get it from Amazon I will it used to be a good place to get what you you need not anymore

I'd give zero if this would let me. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Could not get anyone to look at me let alone ask if I needed help. "Pro Desk" must have been the hangout spot because at any given time 4 - 7 Employees were standing around talking amongst themselves having a great time and by the lack of acknowledgement or asking if I needed anything you could tell they were not there to work or help today.
1.1.24 1:00pm - worst example of how to treat a customer I've ever seen
Had to go to the parking lot to get my cellphone to call back into the store to complain about the lack of help.
